Enjoyed our stay very much, the rooms have great blackout curtains and the whole room was very clean. The beds were comfortable but could have been a bit softer for my personal liking. I also would’ve liked the rooms to have a robe available for use at the hotels pool/sauna, but they do provide slides/shoes. Checking in and out was a breeze and every person I talked to at the front desk was super kind and helpful. I felt well looked after. The parking was good there was lots of overflow at the back, and they are currently expanding their parking from just an underground parkade to above ground as well.

Lovely place, though during our stay there was loud repair work on the parkade, which meant noise during the day and fewer parking spaces available. All usual amenities, and a bidet toilet.

There was construction going on. Expedia did not say a word about this. This restricted the parking available to guests. Again Expedia did not say anything about this. I consider this poor customer relations.

We were just travelling through so didn’t know the area. The hotel itself was great, clean, room was cozy, staff were fabulous! Went out for a walk to stretch the legs after a days driving and it really is a sad and unsafe area. I wouldn’t recommend going out alone. Felt like an ‘east side’ with so many addicts in zombie states and on the ground, and all in groups. Drive to go and pick things up or order into hotel.

I thought the stairwell going to the second floor (from the outside level) was filthy, and the hall way on the 6th floor wasn't much better. The actual room I stayed in was clean, I actually wanted to treat myself to a spa but the business was closed (Saturday) and you have to phone them to make an appointment ahead of time. The advertisement said that parking was secure, anyone/everyone had access to the underground parking, there wasn't anything secure about it except that there was a camera, signs stated you park at your own risk, I think that was misadvertised .... especially with so many street people walking around at all times.

The light in my room didn’t work, I could hear the elevator all night long going up and down, there was a large gap under my door and the parking was limited. The staff were very friendly though!

They don’t really answer the phones but overall the staff were friendly and the room was pretty clean. It’s located in the downtown area so there were a lot of sketchy people around. They have an upper level for parking so it made it feel safer. You can’t access anything without your room key so that made it feel extra safe. We enjoyed our stay!

I love the property. Everytime I am in PG I will come to the Coast. It is comfortable, safe, and convenient. The only thing I wish it had was a gate to block off the parking so random people can’t just walk up to the parking lot and check out vehicles.

1. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. 2. Air conditioner didn't put out enough cool air to cool down the room. 3. Pop machine ate $6 and gave no product. 4. Only the bare minimum of toiletries etc. 5. Mildew in the tub. 6. Minimum number of crap TV programming. 7. Have to go to lobby to get ice. 8. Wiped up some water on bathroom floor with towel. Towel was black with dirt. 9. loose metal strip on ramp to upper parking scraped the bottom of my car.
