This hotel is mostly very nice…we did have thread bare carpet in one section of the room but otherwise a great room. The staff is awesome and the parking garage was comforting given that downtown Prince George has been given over to the ne’er-do-well street people really a shame!

Fancy modern room but very impractical. Little room for luggage, only 1 chair (we're 2 people), no place to hang towels in bathroom. Strange new system, toilet & shower is surrounded by transparent glass, that turns opaque when door closed tightly, but very impractical. When I went to toilet at night light shone brightly through glass waking up my wife. Big beds but very little space to move around, etc etc Also parking in a parkade behind hotel on 4th Floor, rather inconvenient.

The hotel room was a nicely designed space. Loved the large shower with rain shower and hand held spray. A nice touch was the see through glass from bath to bedroom, made opaque when the bath door was shut. Super nice bed, very supportive. Plenty of outlets and USB ports available. Starbucks in the lobby area was a perfect addition for travelers on the go. A great value too. Not expensive.

Best shower! Area was a bit scetchy but overall fine. Secured parking across the street. Friendly staff and a Starbucks within the property

We did not know until we booked that the parking was underground. It was raining and we had our camper. We were pleased that we could park in front but took our dog out for her business and saw how sketchy it was.

The Parking sucked. It was in a garage around the block and only part of one floor. I had to get my key card reprogrammed multiple times because I couldn't get either into my room or into the parking garage. Also the see thru shower was also a bit scary. There were no instructions on how to get the LCD wall to go opaque and we had to figure it out ourselves. A switch in the bathroom would have been nice instead of small toggle switch on the top of the bathroom door that changed the wall only when the bathroom door was fully closed.

Loved the updated and unique features of this hotel. Our room was clean and updated, the restaurants around were delicious. The only down side was the off-site parking situation. But they made it work and kept it safe.

I understand that checking in before 1500 isn’t always available, but when coming back to check in at 1530 and the room still isn’t ready and you’ve been traveling all day with a tired pet it can make someone easily agitated.
