Check in was fine. The room was clean. The pole lamp could not be turned on as the switch was missing. Got entertained at 2:00 am by a group of loud guests who came in. Phoned front desk and they got it sorted fairly quickly. Limited and very cramped parking so had parked in the Telus parking lot across the street. Sketchy neighbourhood.

My room was big and nice , very clean, the restaurant was excellent very good food! The parking was not very good! I had to park my car across the street in a pretty shabby parking lot!

It was in a sketchy neighborhood but it was quiet. There was not enough parking spaces and practically no place for a larger truck.

I give this property 4 stars because I wouldnt want someone to come here expecting a 5 star hotel. However, the breakfast was great, buffet style. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, parking was a little tight. If you're looking for a cheap hotel with breakfast included & pet friendly! This would be a good place to go. I would return here if i needed a place to stay in PG.

We are checking in late and I call the number of the hotel.One of the staff answer me she said nothing to worry you can come anytime.Thank you for your hand and she give me also parking space.

Staff was unfriendly except the breakfast girl. no one greet, smile and any other service. parking was always full and staff wants us to remove our car from parking because they want someone else to park there. we had VIP access but did not receive anything. even coffee machine was not working. we paid full amount for room they charged us again when we reached there, we had no option that time and we had to pay them extra.

The Lady at the front desk was super helpful. I have full size truck and trailer. Asked where I could park it, because the sign on the street said no parking overnight, and she gave me a pass to put in the dash and said they won’t ticket it if it has it on the dash
