Carmel Inn

The staff is pretty friendly. I usually stay here when I'm passing through PG because I like the rates and being able to bring my dog outside. Due to the location, you do have to be mindful of drug paraphernalia in the surrounding areas (like the overflow parking lot), but that's not at the fault of the motel. I haven't run into any issues with people using drugs or being too noisy in the past few stays I've had at this motel. The kitchenette was useful for our takeout. I will stay here again.

Close enough to the airport. Staff was great, checked in after midnight and staff was waiting for me with everything ready to go. Don’t spend many nights in prince George but will stay here next time.

Amazing stay at the Carmel. Super clean, friendly staff, 24 hr front staff so very safe. I travelled with my dog and easy access room. Definitely would stay here again. Reasonable price as well. Close to great restaurants. Would have been nice to have a take out menu for the onsite restaurant as it’s not online. I walked to Vietnamese restaurant instead.

We stay at the Carmel almost every time we go to PG - fair price, excellent staff, clean, safe … gooood food next door😊 My most recent stay I forgot a very sentimental piece of jewelry. I discovered it was gone when I went through airport security at 4am … I panicked and called and emailed … I didn’t expect an answer until after 9 at least… then the front desk guy called me before I even boarded the plane! He told me he had my jewelry and it would be at the front desk when I returned a few days later. I was so thankful and appreciative! Excellent customer service! It’s a bit dated some people might think - but it’s safe, clean and quiet and I’d rather have that for a quick nights sleep than a fancy hotel that’s over priced for just watching tv, sleeping and showering.

The staff were excellent. Good location. Good parking. Suited my needs.

Staff was wonderful, air conditioner did not work well and there was a spot of dried pee on the toilet, parking was awsome, suite was good, pillows and bed great
