Breakfast was good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Area a bit sketchy but just don't go out walking at night. Close to airport, shuttle would have been icing on the cake.

Convenient location if you are traveling through Thunder Bay. Hotel was good. Nice breakfast service. Accommodated pets well.

We stayed here for one night during our move across the country. We liked the breakfast. We are a fan of the classic bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. Options, so it was perfect for us. We also had two cats with us and had no problem getting a room with them. We were travelling in a U-Haul and got broken into the night before at a different hotel, so we wanted to park in an area at this hotel with security cameras in case something happened. Unfortunately, we had to park out back, which I understood, but there were no cameras which made us a bit uncomfortable. I’m someone who needs to know and see that things are clean to feel comfortable. The hallway had lots of stains in the carpet which made me feel grossed out. Our room had a smell that was like a cleaner, but it was not a good smell and almost made me feel worse about the cleanliness of the room. My boyfriend, however, is not fussy and felt the hotel was appropriately cleaned, so it certainly depends on your standards. Overall, our stay was good. Aside from my anxiety about how clean it was and the parking, I was satisfied.

Very Accessible place and good for a professional travel and stay

Our group travelled in from all over Ontario and was meeting there to get to know one another. We were so grateful to the staff for the opportunity to use the breakfast area to gather together at various times in the afternoon and evening. They were very accommodating to us.

Close to airport

The hotel lobby was under construction. Traveling with elderly parents parking was limited by the building and no availability on the ground floor.

Newly renovated rooms and friendly staff. I got stuck in Thunder Bay due to a winter storm and was glad to be able to stay near the airport.

The only problem I have was parking.
