Very clean and up to date furnishings. Good selection for breakfast. Close convenient parking and friendly staff, and our room even included a recycling bin.

Staff was very nice. The room had a bit of a funky smell and the walls had spots that were dark on them but overall it was okay. The carpet also had a few stains but the bed was comfy. Good parking for small trailers and tim Hortons within a walking distance.

The room was clean and we liked the larger bathroom. the hotel was convenient for highway travel west. Continental breakfast was good!

This property location was convenient for travel through Thunder Bay. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit was so loud, it was like sleeping with a semi truck running beside my head all night.

I’m happy to say that it was clean , comfortable, & welcoming… centrally located , good parking… my only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room was too loud .. I had a hard time getting to sleep..

This is easily located when entering town. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate larger vehicles. The facility is very well kept and the staff are very friendly, and helpful. I would happily stay here again if I’m back in Thunderbay.

This is a convenient place for us to stay when traveling east or west due to its location. The breakfast offering was very poor, especially the room rate.

Booked on my cell, as we travelled and I was misled with an ACCESSIBLE ROOM and through Expedia the Hotel is unable to change our room...what a waste for someone who really needs a wheelchair! There was no room service, we had 3 days for a Funeral/ family time so came in late and had to go downstairs to get our own towels, toilet paper, no fresh bed, air-conditioning was super loud...it was the WORST HOTEL experience in our travels! We will be buying a camper next time
