Nice staff Convenient location to airport

It was quiet and plenty of parking for my boat and trailer. The room had a cleaning smell to it and the entrance light wasn’t working.

Staff were the highlight at this location. Comfortable bed. Good value for weary travellers.

We arrived Friday afternoon to check in. Initially we were put on the main ground floor in a construction zone. Literally smelt like paint and being almost 37 weeks pregnant, I couldn’t stand the paint fumes. So they happily moved us upstairs to a different room. We had very loud neighbours, kids yelling until almost 1am. We had tried calling the front desk numerous times but no answer. My partner and I had to be up for 630am for doctors appointments. We noticed quite a bit of dust on our lamps and hanging from the ceiling. Bathroom wasn’t super clean either. We requested a later check out since we had spent the entire evening going through an emergency c-section and they allotted us a wonderful extra 15 minutes, which is ridiculous. After two nights, we left to a different hotel that could accommodate our needs better. Overall, the price for this hotel is great and the free breakfast is an added bonus. Cleanliness should be a higher priority though and accommodating out of town travellers more time if needed shouldn’t be an issue. Thanks again!

Check in was slow with a line up and only one person working. But he was very friendly. The room was small but clean. Sound traveled far in this hotel from inside and out. Luckily it was not very busy. Over all for the price it's good enough for a quick nights stay. I wouldn't want to do a hole weekend there.

Great amenities, very clean, friendly staff, lots of parking. Memorial is a busy street but it wasn't noisy.

Room was very tight. The bathroom door would not close unless you pushed real hard on it. The breakfast was not ready at 6:30 as quoted. The parking was quite sketchy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Was close to major shopping centers which made travel easy and they had nice staff that was always willing to help.

The hotel was fine...looks like it was renovated fairly recently and the parking lot was in the process of being repaved. Room was clean and comfortable, which is what matters most. The only issue was the smokers who were present around the entrances quite frequently, and they included the young men working the desk in the evening. I thought there was some law about being 9 meters away from the building but that was not being enforced or maybe it's up to the individual business whether they want to abide by that? Either way, I shouldn't have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke when entering or exiting the building. And they don't even have a receptacle for the butts so one of the housekeeping staff was out there sweeping them up! But before she did, they were all around the two entrances/exits! The only other issue was the smaller sign by the entrance was missing and the big one was not lit in the evening, so it was a bit difficult to spot the hotel as you were approaching. Again, hotel itself was fine and staff were nice, but the smoking thing needs to be addressed before I would stay again.
