**Excellent Stay at Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre!** I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic pool area, which included a huge adults-only pool, a separate wading pool for kids, and a relaxing hot tub. The water in the hot tub was warm and pleasant, making it perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenience of having a dryer available right by the pool area, which was accessible for just $1—a great way to quickly dry clothes at a cheap price. Plus, swimming outfits were not mandatory, so you could enjoy the pool in whatever you were wearing. The hotel’s restaurant was another standout feature. They offered a complimentary breakfast for adults, and for kids, the pricing was very reasonable. The food was delicious—especially the poached eggs and eggs in Hollandaise sauce, which were cooked to perfection. The sausages, ham and bacon were flavorful, and the toast had the perfect balance of crunchiness and softness. My child loved the chocolate milk, which was spot on. This hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, yet also provides a relaxing atmosphere for adults. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend the Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre for both families and solo travelers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The hotel is used as a hotel for medical persons coming for remote communities. The hotel had security but is inadequate. They have only one point of entry and exit. All the other doors have audible alarms and makes in / out very inconvenient. The floor we were on had an overwhelming odour of marihuana and outside local construction personnel were partying in the parking lot throughout the evening. Security was notified about these incidents however no action was taken. The doors all slam shut and the room was dirty and smelly. Only stay if you have no other options. The former ownership did a better job however this property has gone down hill over the years. Not recommended.

Avoid find somewhere else to stay Stayed for 1 night with my family and it was an experience where do I start: Is in a great location with shops and restaurants Arrived on site plenty of parking spaces place didn't look very welcoming with all the smokers standing outside Check in was fine Went to room (203) and first thing was the smell it was terrible the room was disgusting feet sticking to the carpet toilet not much better room had air con but made a noise didn't blow out any air and couldn't open a window as the netting to keep the mosquitos out was ripped We went to get our cases and this arrogant/ aggressive not very well dressed man started shouting at me in the carpark to move my car as he wanted the space for his wife even though there was plenty of spaces but he stopped when he heard my broad Scottish accent but did spit all over the windows of the car when I left Hallways loud with ppl at night so we didn't sleep much probably got about 2 hours in all In a whole I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't advise anyone to stay either

Did not like the fact only one way into and out of the hotel through reception. Also needed key card to open door into the elevator lobby. Was a long walk from the one and only elevator (located at end of building not in the centre) to our room especially when traveling with a dog. Couldn’t use exit doors as alarm would sound if opened.

Staff was very friendly upon check in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and could use some improvements. The carpet had sticky patches throughout. AC was not working properly. The shower doors didn’t close properly. I believe the poolside rooms are newly renovated. The pool area was great. A lot of seating and space, kids loved the water slide. Having a restaurant on site is convenient; food was great! If travelling with kids who love to swim, I’d recommend this hotel. Just don’t have high expectations on your hotel room.

Thank you to all the staff members who work at this hotel. I won't forget about these places to visit again for the summer road trip. July 18 2024 is with my family to coming here to travel around Ontario. Great place and good service at the front desk reception. I will never forget about this place.

It was an alright stay. Everything was great until check out. I asked for a shuttle to the airport and was advised that the shuttle service was not available? This is unacceptable as part of the room charge includes a shuttle service. I had to scramble and call uride to get to the airport for my flight.

There was a large makeshift fence taking up about 8 parking spaces in front of the building with people smoking on two benches. The fence was tied to garbage cans to remain upright. Oddly large. The smell of marijuana was prevalent in multiple places. The courtesy shuttle van driver looked like he was high, think washed up 80’s rock star. Lots of people, no one had bags as if traveling. The staff was pleasant through our check-in and departure. The facility was old but was not terrible. The guests left used diapers, globs of gum, piles of discarded food, and many odors the hallways. The staff must work hard to keep things picked up. The facility only allows you to come and go through the main entrance alarms sound if you open other doors. No temperature control in the room. The linen appeared to be clean but when we got in bed the smell of urine was overwhelming. My son’s bed had a brown spot in the middle. A new room was offered but we were too far gone, we decided to make a 4-hour drive home in the middle of the night. When we left, there was activity everywhere at 10:30 pm. That smoking area was full of people hanging out and smoking. The security officers were speaking an unknown language, not English, French or Spanish. I refused to let my wife and kid go to the vehicle without me at this point. No refund of course but I will pay $130 to not lay in urine any day!

Great waterslide, really good restaurant, loads of parking are all plusses. However, any room on the pool side has an open air vent that brings in noise from the pool and the pool is open until 10:15 pm or so. If you want quiet, ask for a view of the parking lot.

Great place to stay while in the airport area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, and a free shuttle service
