Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel & Marina

We are traveling to Vancouver and we love this hotel! Nice location, nice service. Everything is perfect! Will live here next time to Vancouver!

The courtesy airport shuttle was convenient and arrived in a timely manner. The front desk person was very friendly and provided great service. The hotel was beautifully remodeled. Very clean.

It started rocky because we waited for over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. When he got there, we started walking up to the curb, he looked me straight in the eye, and took off. It was 100% clear that we were walking to him. I called the hotel, they called shuttle guy, the hotel said that the connection was bad but they think he is turning around. Wait 5 mins and if he doesnt come back, go down and catch a cab and they would reimburse us. We had to catch a cab and the hotel immediately reimbused. The front desk man was so nice! The hotel room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view was not, but o well. They gave us a list of places to eat, walking or delivery. Nothing was actually walking distance for us since we were flying home the next day after a 12 day land/sea cruise. We were exhausted. Took an uber to a sushi restaurant, and ubered back. The long and short of it was that the hotel people were amazing, the room was great, but there is NOTHING to do around there without having to take an Uber or Taxi. It will be nice if they reopen the bar/restaurant. We would stay again if it is only to sleep. Also, we had to leave earlier than their shuttles started and they did reimburse us the cab that they scheduled for us.

Hotel booked based on location to airport and shuttle. Restaurants are walkable distance away. Cabs/uber is an option too. Beds comfy, shower good, staff very good. We were given a list of restaurants when we arrived as the hotel doesn’t have one. That was a surprise, but the walk was good

We enjoyed our stayed, the staff was friendly specially the lady at the reception, the shuttle from and to the airport was very convenient, the rooms were impeccably clean and good size, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom in perfect conditions. It was perfect for us as we rented a vehicle and were able to explore the city, we felt very comfortable, would definitely come back.

The staff was exceptional. The free shuttle was easy. The room was clean. We didn’t get in until really late and we were still able to get a sandwich from the front desk that was reasonable and really good.

Clean, quiet and close to airport

The property has had an ongoing strike for over a year so there were no restaurant services on site, they did give free parking in lieu of and still had shuttle service to the airport which was good. The concerning thing was someone tried to open the door close to midnight the first night, thank goodness we hade the extra door lock set the door would not open all of the way but they did have a card or key to unlock, a bit scary! We got 2 different reasons, one was it was security looking for a homeless person and the other was cleaning staff come in late at night to do cleaning and must have miss read the schedule and thought our room was empty, so it leaves a lot of room for what was really going on??? The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable!
