The hotel itself is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is the lack of parking. The parking lot services three hotels. If arriving back late to the hotel, good luck in finding a spot.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the parking was not very good; I had to park near Ellice Ave and walk to hotel. More parking spots near the hotel should be available

Booked a king with pullout sofa for myself and two daughters. Thankfully we were traveling with our camping gear because the pullout bed was so uncomfortable it was unusable. The room kind of smelled, and the AC made a constant, loud rattling/vibrating noise that was really annoying and impossible to ignore. The pool was okay, but not great, and the area is quite sketchy. The staff was great though.

We recently stayed at Fairfield Inn and we were not impressed with our stay for the price. We were travelling with our six month old daughter and we booked this hotel because the pool looked so nice. The water was freezing though, we could barely manage to get in ourselves it was so cold. The room also only had a shower which we weren't warned about, so we couldn't give baby more then a quick sponge bath to try and warm up after the pool. Also since there was no restaurant we wanted to order food to our room but when we called to the front desk to request a phone book they told us we would have to use one from the front desk. We also called to request plastic cultery to our room once our good arrived and once again were told to come downstairs ourselves.

Three of us arrived at the hotel about 5:30 p.m., had to go out for supper somewhere after we checked in, then we went back to the hotel and relaxed in the room for the evening. The pool area looked inviting, and we had brought swimsuits, but we just felt too tired to go and use it. We stayed one night, as one of our party had to fly out of Winnipeg the next morning. A restaurant in the hotel would be handy, so we wouldn't have had to go out for supper. The free breakfast in the lobby in the morning was very good, except for the styrofoam bowl for cereal or fruit. Comfortable seating in the lobby with TVs, but they were playing CNN for news! I thought we were in Canada! The Canadian news channels are much better quality than the U.S. ones, also.

This is newer hotel situated between downtown and the airport. From the moment we got there we realized it was a cut above the rest, Super friendly staff, extremely convenient room right of the elevator. The room featured micro and refer. Shower was a double walk in with glass doors. Finished off with a king size bed. Wife enjoyed the breakfast which was also a cut above the norm. We'd stay here again anytime.
