This place has such potential if the owners would put in some good time updating the place. The biggest frustrations for us were the intense smell of mold in the entire building (there was so much plush carpet), the cleanliness of our bathroom floor, and the paper-thin pillows. However, the staff could not have been more fantastic. A person in our travel group was very sick, and the staff were quick to help give us access to a microwave and dish ware so they could enjoy some soup. It was a small gesture, but so kind and appreciated. The facility was not ideal, but the staff seems to really care about the customer experience which improved our experience.

I worked in the hospitality industry half my life and the attention to detail was immediately evident to me upon arrival. Ive been traveling five weeks and this has been my quietest most restful stop. I love walking and the access to a river walk all the way in to town was a big plus for me. Has all the warm and friendly feel expected of a family run B&B with the profesional detail of a hotel. Love this place!
