The hotel looks sleek and modern. Hotel staff was very easy to work with when I my flights were cancelled and I needed to change my booking. The food was pretty good, and the costs were decent. The lounge can definitely get busy at night, especially on the weekends. The rooms were clean and cool, and the views were nice. I’d stay there again.

I do not understand why the hotel does not provide room service-- most unusual for an international chain like the Marriott
I understand that the hotel caters to the business traveller, but after a long day of working, room service would be most welcome.

I recently stayed at the AC Marriott Kingston in Jamaica, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel was spotless, with modern and comfortable rooms.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The restaurant and bar had a great ambiance, with delicious food and drinks to match.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay and would highly recommend the AC Marriott Kingston to anyone traveling to Jamaica. Great job, team!

My recent stay at the AC Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica was disappointing. Despite a smooth check-in and exceptional staff like Jody, the overall experience fell short. Manager Justina attempted to address concerns, but cleanliness and atmosphere were lacking. The hotel felt more like a public lounge, uncomfortable for guests. The gym was decent, but the pool area was unclean and overcrowded with non-guests. Additionally, the ATM was out of order for three days without notice, inconveniencing guests. For $3000 USD, the value was poor. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for female solo travelers. Marriott should reconsider its affiliation. The lack of attention to detail, combined with the uncomfortable environment, made for a disappointing stay. There’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and overall guest experience. While some staff members showed dedication, others were lacking in professionalism. Overall, I expected more from a hotel associated with the Marriott brand. It’s essential for guests to feel valued and comfortable, which was not the case during my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to improve future guests’ experiences good luck.

I like the location , the artistry , color and ambience of the lobby. The lobby felt inviting .Staff members were courteous and pleasant . My room was clean every day . Even when I had parking issues since the hotel had events the gentlemen who opens door for guest was helpful. Only issue I had was parking for guest staying . My suggestion the lower level parking should be prioritized for guest staying especially with young ones and elder but overall I had a great time with my family . My daughter enjoy the pool and even develop friendships with other young guesses.

I am a super picky traveler and I stayed at both AC in Kingston and Royalton in Trelawny and I have to say I have ZERO complaints about AC hotel. I rented the suite with king bed and sofa bed, it is EXTREMELY room for my little ones to run around and there is small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge & coffee maker. I had the Jamaican breakfast at the property it was excellent and I love the fact that if you wanted to hang out in the evening its a vibe by the bar area good music!

Due to a flight delay we arrived later than expected. The young man who checked us in advised that we go straight to the restaurant, as it would be closing shortly. We took his advise and met the most AMAZING server Paulo. Although it was nearing the end of his shift his quality of service was STELLAR.
The following morning I was not disappointed. Under the guidance of Tameka, we were served by Michael who suggested the Jamaica breakfast...which I highly recommend to EVERYONE!
This was my husband's first trip to Jamaica and I NEEDED it to be MEMORABLE. I am EXTREMELY proud of my HERITAGE and PEOPLE. I chose the A C Marriot as I am well aware the quality of service would be EXCEPTIONAL. One ❤️ love ❤️ to everyone who made me feel welcomed and for extending a warm Jamaican hospitality to my husband.
