Don’t stay here if you want a shuttle to the airport. They take only 7 people on the hour and will not pick you up from the airport. When you question the false advertisement offering a free shuttle they laugh at you. The manager also will laugh at you. If you stay here a taxi is 40usd to the airport which is only 5minutes away. Avoid this place!!

The front staff was super nice and helpful. Got upgraded to a jr suite. The location was very convenient, and things to do walkable distance to the hotel. Very clean and nice. Will book again when I travel back to Cancun.

No water. Unfortunately there was no water to shower. We only stayed for a few hours waiting for a connecting flight, and we couldnt shower as they were doing maintenance on the system. Or so we were told. Having an airport shuttle is very convenient. However, they only offer the service on certain hours and the airport taxi service is very expensive. The property is new, rooms are comfortable and there is a new outlet next to the property.

The hotel was situated next to the new Grand Outlet Mall which a food court making it easy for additional dining options. Shopping was close by and the Mal was quite large with additional amenities to keep you busy.
The room was spacious, the entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one and they succeeded, the room was kept clean and the facilities were like brand new. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which started at 6:00am. For a business traveler, hands down, the property was affordable and close to the airport.

Exceptional stay at Avani, we were staying in transit to Tulum for our honeymoon. Highly recommend for an airport stay. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and even provided us with complimentary strawberries and champagne for our celebration. Fabi the chef makes a delicious meal and Pepe provided excellent service. You can’t miss staying here. The rooms are large and the beds are so comfortable

For Mexico it's a bit expensive but the other hotels near the airport are also pricey. Rooms are great. Pool is tiny, much smaller than the photos. Entrance is fancy, that's very Mexican. Across the street is a mall which has some fantastic attractions, including a drag racing experience for $60 which is highly recommended.

We liked everything about the hotel itself. We booked there because you advertised a free shuttle to the airport. We spoke to the front desk and they said they did not start the shuttle until 5 am. So we had to book a private shuttle to go 5 minutes to the airport at a cost of 60.00. When we got to the lobby and were waiting for our shuttle, the hotel shuttle pulls up to give another couple a ride to the airport. We were very upset. So the communication is very poor between the staff and to the customers

Didn't live up to potential. Requested an airport pick-up in advance but it didn't materialise. Extra beds weren't setup upon arrival, despite the room being sold on an extra bed basis. Staff outright rude when not satisfied with the tip offered.
