It id close to the airport, staff really friendly. Room nice and convenient. Halls floors need maintenance. There were some repairs going on the lobby and was terribly noise. Other than that, was ok. I would stay here again.

Close to airport. Staff spoke very little English. Led to some confusion with the free transportation shuttle. Restaurant staff was not very attentive. Had to have front desk find someone that worked there. Sky bar was closed.

Awful stay. Shocked that Night Staff was unable to control Drunk group of obnoxious juniors dominating entire swimming pool for football game,, splashing all the camastros where adult guests were trying to enjoy their stay, using profanity, forcing adult couples out of pool area. I was hit in the face with the football while lying in camastro. Security did nothing. We booked because of the fotos of the pool but couldn’t use it for even 10 minutes! Arrival- Reception staff doesn’t smile. Low ceilings & bad lighting throughout. Vynl Floor hallways buckling from
Humidity. But Very good chambermaids, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet management staff. Good shuttle. We are frequently in the area so we are used to inconveniences, but this was unbearable. The room

Ideal for a nights stop after flying in to Cancun but be warned they have a good marketing team and I wouldn’t want to stay here for anything more than a quick stay over. Basic but perfectly adequate!

The reception clerk did not know that there such thing as Marriott rewards membership. She did not have cash for to give back for payment The beds lacked flat sheets. They used the flat sheet of one bed as fitted for the other bed . You have to use the bedspread sheet/comforter as blanket A 4 oz single water bottle was given No water glassesNo face or hand towels. We were promised a free shuttle for the airport , never arrived. The telephone lacked connection line Only one electrical outlet It has been my worst experience in a hotel

The only reason we booked this hotel was because Expedia over booked our previous stay, so it was last minute. Although the hotel looks nice in pictures and very welcoming I can testify that is about the only nice thing about this place. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday and new towels. the tv was not working properly, the breakfast is technically NOT free and the food has no taste. The only options you have for free breakfast are mediocre. What I will say is majority of the staff are nice, but the place needs a WHOLE NEW management team. The only thing that is saving this place is the fact that is is directly across from an outlet so there are food options and if you are comfortable you can use uber, but be aware of the desperate taxi drivers. This hotel is only good for a one or two night stay to be close to the airport not for your entire stay.
