Area was safe overall great parking , room service did not come as frequent. No available microwaves after hours. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is really good. They were welcoming and friendly. They gave good service to us. I was impressed by how clean everything was. A couple of minor things that could be fixed easily were one, the shower head in my room needed replaced. Also, they advertised on the website that they offer rides to the airport, but they didn't have any drivers.

Trash all around the property. There is water dripping from the roof in the parking lot and got in my Windshield.

The property is very clean. Staff is friendly. The room and lobby are very nice. The only downside is that they do not provide a shuttle service therefore won’t be convenient for people who are there for consulado visit. You can always get a taxi or Uber to get around.

Great location for business. It stands in the heart of the maquiladora community and only 15 minutes away from Cd. Juarez airport. Service was outstanding.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful and even helped to arrange transportation to the El Paso airport. The room was very clean and the one issue we had (shower backing up) was taken care of immediately. I would have no issues staying here again.
