We originally booked for 3 nights ended up just staying 1 night. The hotel had a weird smell to it. It was pretty hot at night and trying to get out of the parking lot during the day was horrible.

Just a litle upset front desk at the time for me to pay he over charged 400.00 pesos on my card i told him and he act like it was a accidentally. Just pay attention on your total and what are they puttin on the terminal

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. 15 minute walk to US Consulate. The food is good and serve a good portion should have an alternate food choice. The plus is that the shuttle will take you pretty much anywhere in the afternoon. Morning driver isn’t friendly at all. Only downfall to the property is that on the back side of the hotel there is a venue so there is loud music played from Friday-Sunday till about 2am. Then on the front side of the hotel there is a wing bar who also plays loud music till about 1-2am every day. I really enjoyed my stay here. If needed will come again.

The staff was amazing !!! Very nice and helpful. My stay was 5 days long and I had an amazing time. Manuel at front desk is the best! Also one of their shuttle drivers in particular was incredible I absolutely loved him, he was super accommodating and simply great. Only negative thing would be the beds!!! They where dented and need new ones SOON! But other than that the breakfast was great and so were the pool and jacuzzi area.
