False advertising, no laundry service, that just made the entire stay suck. I travel very light and not having the laundry service as advertised was a real fowner

Traveled with husband We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early at around 12:00 pm. It was great ! The hotel is new so everything is in great shape. Walkable to the American consulate - 7 mins aprox Walkable to a shopping center 7 mins aprox A lot of food options near by Staff was always friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out since our flight was departing at 7:00 pm . Breakfast was great! Traditional chilaquiles , egg, sweet bread , milk , juice and coffee. “No pancakes and no waffles” Room is exactly as pictures , no fridge , no safe box , no microwave. They do however give you water bottles everyday and stop by to give you new towels and clean your room. It was was a very pleasant stay ! Thank you

People in other rooms were very loud with Tv or talking and up very late at night when you needed to be up early in the morning and especially to get to the airport in El Paso
