Extended Suites Ciudad Juarez Consulado

Stayed here for exactly one week while doing my consular process. The room comes with everything you might need I.e. microwave, refrigerator, stove(didn’t use). The room was clean, however they do not over daily housekeeping. I recommend going to Soriana and getting groceries, some cleaning supplies for daily upkeep. Get plenty of water, the laundry is a bit expensive but clothes came out clean. Recommend doing large loads. The pool is okay, but can’t really complain for Juarez. Close to the mall and walkable distance to all appointments no need to pay Uber or taxi for that. Front desk was friendly.

My stay at Extended suit was great! The staff is really nice and helpful and I was able to get a taxi within minutes. There was stores near by and the suit also has a pool with a small room to work out in which was even better. I recommend it! Great place.

Place was ok however, once we checked in, we had 1 roll of toilet paper and was told we had to buy other ones on our own. Other extended stays I have stayed always have toiletries available as flights don’t allow you to carry too much of them.

Stayed for two weeks. The floors were a bit sticky but everything else was spotless. It was quiet and staff is very friendly. The stove, fridge and sink all work well. Consulate is walking distance but grocery stores are a bit far. I recommend taking an Uber or a taxi as it's not too expensive. I would stay here again and I recommend it.

We were thrilled with our stay for two weeks while we were completing our Consulate interviewing process. It was great having the fully functional kitchen and laundry areas during our long stay, and down times, we really enjoyed the pristine pool area which is never ever crowded. The location of this hotel (next to the mall and just across the street from the consulate) was super convenient for food items as well as completing our business. Safe taxis are always available. Drivers are reasonable and know everything about how to conduct your immigration process. Staff at the hotel were amazing, including their manager who was extremely obliging for all our needs. All-in-all, we had a perfect stay!

I booked the hotel for the 3rd of December to the 23rd and I didn’t stay there the whole nights! I checked out on the 17th and I told hotel staff and they said they didn’t give refunds!!! I called expedida and they’ve been giving me the run around for a week and a whole! So dissatisfied with customer service ! You guys have lost me as a cutomer . I’ve been a customer for several years now ! I book flights hotels and cars from Expedia !!
