Hotel Mesaluna Near American Consulate

The Good: Close to Consulate, free transportation, free breakfast, two bottles of water daily, free business center with printing included, and netflix available. The Bad: Noisy, cleaning people often forget to replenish towels, TV has two remotes and difficult to navigate, restaurant operates separate from hotel and cannot add bill to your room, and high volume guests at all times. The Ugly: Pool is a piss bowl and that’s putting it nicely, one load of laundry $8 USD, waited 40 minutes for a salad, crossing streets is hazardous to your health, front desk reminds me of TSA at airports especially Angelica. Overall, this place brands itself like a resort when it’s really a high end Motel 6.

Came to Juarez Mexico for some business with the American consulate. Everything was convenient available and the staff was very kind and helpful. They offered a shuttle to the airport and came very helpful when needed to go.

My stay at this hotel was great. It is one of the closest hotels to the consulate and a five minute walk to CMI. The hotel has helpful and friendly staff. The facility is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. My visit to the consulate was longer then expected and the front desk made it really easy to continue my stay and pay day by day for as long as I needed. There's also a pool and a small video game room. I traveled with my wife and kid and always felt safe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only had 2 luggage carts and property was extremely busy at all times. Had to wait in line to get on elevators and elevators bounce back between floors which takes a while to get to your desired floor. The housekeeper and parking attendant were extremely nice 😊. Could use new bedding and towels.

It was safe place to stay, and breakfast in the morning was ok. This is the place to stay if your getting immigration paperwork done for a spouse really close to everything and they even shuttle you to your appt. at the consulate if needed.

Like that they had shuttles available, good breakfast, close by to the consulate and clinics. Friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay, and staff was very kind and welcoming. All my needs were met. I traveled alone, but this place is definitely kid friendly and would great for a family stay as well. Complementary breakfast was delicious and offered different food every morning. There’s plenty of shopping and food options walking distance.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. There was one cafeteria lady that wasn’t too friendly, but other than her everyone was super nice and accommodating. We arrived before check in time and they were able to get us a room with minimal wait time. The property location is great.. very safe in and around the area.. walking distance to the US consulate, to the two consular medical exam clinics, and to the biometrics office. There is a Mall and Starbucks nearby and many places to eat. The hotel provides free transportation to and from the airport, consular appointments, and to nearby locations. The drivers are very nice as well. Nice rooms, clean and well kept .. continental breakfast was good.. The CONs are minor.. there was some sort of remodeling/construction work going on, so lots of banging and drilling noises early in the morning and sometimes into late in the day..... but not during night time so I was grateful for that. Overall it’s a great choice and strongly recommend it!

too tired to do anything, so bistro with simple food was perfect. On the other hand would have been nice for immediate option to request airport pickup - particularly since it was free.

This is a really good hotel to stay if you are doing immigration paperwork and anything to do with immigration hotel employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Everything is so close and walk distance to the American embassy I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also they offer shuttle for no charge and assistance to any place you need to go they pick you up at the airport and take you at no charge . I had a good time at Mesaluna
