This was nicer than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at .The people were wonderful so helpful and so friendly. My only suggestion is that you order a scale to weigh the bags in preparation for the flights.

Convenient location near the US Consulate. Ii offers just the right amenities for the business traveler. Attentive and helpful staff at the front desk.

Overall, my experience was great. Great location with everything that you need being a short walk away. I always felt safe and the staff was outstanding. From the security guard to the shuttle driver, to the housekeepers. Everyone made my stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely would recommend it if you are processing your visa.

The location is great it’s across the street from the consulate and the medical clinics witch by the way they offer free shuttle service theirs also a Denny’s across the street and a big shopping center next door, the rooms are really small unfortunately and pillows aren’t confortable and the tv’s are outdated the channels they have are really few and blurry wifi dint work all the time, the staff is friendly they also offer free shuttle from early morning to 4pm, we meet some really cool people who were there also for their consulate appointment and the day we had to check out the hotel allowed us to hang out in our new friends room while we waited to head to the airport so that was cool saved me from spending more money

The hotel location is very convenient! It is right in front of the embassy. I waited for my husband outside in the patio area and had a clear view of the embassy. The mall is right across so it’s easy to walk and buy food or snacks. Super nice Security staff. Amenities not so great. Wash and dryer were out of order when we were there and when they were working, there was always people waiting to use it. The shuttle is out of order. Front desk not so nice. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms smell bad. When you try and add more days they take advantage and over charge for the room.

Walkable and close to the US embassy. Friendly staff and free transport to and from airport. Will definitely stay again in the future.
