The shower head black mold come up in it after a couple of days and the TV wouldn't keep station signal. Staff and cleaning services was great very nice people just needed a lot of updates. In the kitchen area needed to stay up open longer because if not you had to walk everywhere to get food or call a taxi.

If you are going to be doing your immigration visa this hotel is literally outside from all of your appointments! It takes all the worry and stress away. Food at the hotel is delicious! Staff is very helpful on giving you advise and taxi transportation! Reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the room didn’t come with and microwave, mini fridge, or ironing board, However you can ask down stairs in the lobby to heat up your food. I would highly recommend this place for peace of mind!

Me and my husband recently went for his interview . I found this hotel very convenient we had the clinic and the consulate next to our hotel probably walked for 3 minutes to get to the consulate . Did not waste any money on taxi only for the airport . And they also have breakfast included make sure you get that when you reserve !

The ratio of cost to service was decent enough, but there were still some things to improve. Mostly, the outdoors of the building were really unattended, unattractive, also the front door barely worked, as it opened really slow. The parking lot felt unsafe. The room was overall decent, nice, the cooler was awesome. But the shower's doors didn't close properly. The window plastic cover was really damage and basically impossible to see outside, as you would like to see your car from your room's window.

I stayed here because it was walking distance to the US Consulate/Medical offices/CAS (as most people do). VERY close to all Appointment services and a shopping mall!! It is nice and everything is pretty clean, staff is nice and helpful. The paid breakfast is alright I would rate it a 7/10, and they switch up the options which is nice. A very pleasant/basic stay. I wish there was an included pickup service from airport.

If your going to Ciudad Juarez for your residency process this hotel is very convenient to every appointment. Within walking distance convenient. My husband was able to walk to every appointment being there’s not much parking options at the locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies are wonderful and friendly. The reason I gave a 4 is because the beds are super hard but I’m also learning that’s normal for any of the hotels in the area. The smell of sewage bad which I know they can’t control not their fault. And then there’s no microwave or fridge in the rooms so we lived off ice chests for a week and a half. So happy with our stay and how easy it made things for us being we had never been to the area and we’re lost and worried on steps we had to take. I don’t regret giving them our business.

Walking distance to the consulate, medical exam and finger printing. Room and bathroom are small and the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, taxis are always available to take anywhere you need to go to but Uber would be cheaper to take when leaving the hotel.
