Hotel Maria Bonita Consulado Americano

Hotel María Bonita is well located with the consulado,medical and biometrics within walking distance. They have access to the gym located inside the mall which is also a plus. The mall is across the street which gives you additional entertainment and opportunities to be out and about without needing to use your vehicle. The breakfast is really good as well as the restaurant if you want specific food. I felt secure in this hotel, it has no safe but we felt comfortable leaving our laptops in the rooms while we were out exploring Juarez. Has cameras in every floor aisle as well as guarded parking lot.

The hotel is old and rundown but very clean and the staff from check in parking lot guard maid and restaurant are funny interacting try English and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable

It was a pretty hotel. It had a restaurant with both a buffet or menu items. There was a shuttle to the airport. The bed was comfortable.

Staff is wonderful and it’s a nice, clean place to stay. They have secure parking. You can walk to the mall and restaurant near by during the day with no issue. It’s maybe 10 minute walk to the consulate.

There is a restaurant in the first floor (main floor) and people come here just for that and it's super packed all the time. The line forms where the elevators are at and you have to go through them to get to the elevators, to exit to the main doors, to go to the pool etc, there's no privacy whatsoever. People all over the place. The 3rd floor has party conference rooms and theres parties all day long and music is so loud that you can hear it from the room. The entrance to the hotel is through the back and the parking lot is always packed due to the restaurant. It's hard to find parking. The breakfast is ok but it's only 3 hours from 9-11am and its in a open space accross the elevador doors separated from the restaurant.

Employees are friendly no issue about people working there, the issue was with very poor service with the amenities the room I got includes continental breakfast , free WiFi free parking and tv service on the room the last two NEVER WORK and wen I said never I mean it. .the WiFi password we get from front desk never works so I went down to desk and mention it the person told me the that network don’t work on 5th floor ( which was the one I stay room 514 ) so he recommend me to connect to a cable tv WiFi network but wen I turn on the tv I also find out cable cable service doesn’t work too , message on tv screen said cable box searching for IP ADDRESS . The WiFi was a big issue specially in this times wen all work and related communications are wireless based and second reason wireless signals inside hotel are terrible to non at all .
