The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful. The only recommendation is to have the parking lot repaved

The hotel is easy to access and has enough parking. The breakfast is delicious, recommended!
Some rooms may allow you to hear other guests.The hotel

The front counter receptionist was very friendly and attentive. All the staff was very helpful. The quality of the room was very presentable. If you are traveling by bus the main bus station is very near by, they also have a in house transportation bus to help you get there.

It’s a really nice hotel, but the upkeep is cheap unfortunately. Clean, and safe hotel. It’s off a really busy road and if your going to the consulate you’ll need to drive or get a taxi. No breakfast and restaurant is good but expensive.

I been staying in this hotel every time I travel to Juarez I feel really safe in it.. the staff are really great also the rooms are clean

Pros:
-Staff was friendly at check-in
-Location 10min from airport
Cons:
-Bed was very uncomfortable; hard like a plank with old rough sheets that were visibly worn. Worst sleep I’ve had in ages.
-Hotel could use a remodel, or at least some upkeep as looks too dingy got a $100 a night property. Closer to what you’d expect from a budget motel than a Krystal property.
