For a studio apartment the space is fantastic. For people travelling for work a huge table to work on. The kitchen area is well specked - hot plate full size, full size oven and a good microwave Accessible to grocery stores within 10 minutes of working Lovely apartments - will stay again

The lack of air conditioning was brutal. My balcony was a few metres across from a parking garage so I was conscious of having open doors/curtains and making my room a public viewing area. I had the misfortune of having what I suspect was a hens party staying on my floor. My choices were doors open and noises/smells (other guests smoking on balconies) or horrible, humid heat. I went for heat. The hallways are tiled. Anyone walks down them in hard soled shoes and it sounds like you’ve got the wooden clog dancing championships happening outside your room. Location is fantastic - easy walk to Cuba St, Te Papa etc. Staff were friendly. Having your own kitchen/laundry is always amazing and a money saver. Couldn’t do the no air conditioning again though.

A comfortable bed. However, the short sheeting needs to be rectified. Lots of extras, in the bathroom; hand cream, etc. I was able to easily walk to places in central Wellington from the hotel. Arriving in Wellington I dropped off my car at the car hire and I had no problem walking to the hotel from there, even with luggage. The bus to the airport is a short walk away. In the same street are a number of restaurants. So very walkable location. Those mentioned, plus shops, etc. My bedroom only had a view of the multistorey carpark, but I guess someone had to have it. It does make the room darker though. The room lighting could be brighter. The room could do with a luggage rack and clotheshorse. In the bathroom either a flat topped washing machine, or a bench should be put in the corner, for spreading out toiletries on. There is a lovely heated swimming pool. Friendly staff.

Very central location was great and reception was very good. The apartment had good decor and even a kitchenette and a washing machine/dryer. An information pack was the only thing missing. Being close to the airport bus route was appreciated.

Comfortable stay, and would return. Nice room, good location. Friendly lot at reception. Couple of areas of advice… I booked a car park via Wotif, there was no confirmation, nor fees confirmed. Was $30 per day, no big deal, but would have been better to be up front with this. Also re parking….DONT use the stairs, or elevators! Walk back via the car access. Else, you run the risk of getting trapped in the adjoining private car park, without an access card to escape!

I travelled with my two daughters, 12 and 8. I had read many reviews about the unsavoury access from car park. It has definitely been address as it was fine! The property doesn’t fully highlight the amazing glass bottom pool and sides!! This was an absolute highlight for us. So cool! Wish we hadn’t hired a car because we pretty much walked everywhere. Very central location.

Spacious one bedroom unit in a great location with parking included - couldn't ask for more at a really good price. Our room fronted Tory St and was a bit noisy through the night but would definitely stay here again!
