TRYP by Wyndham Wellington, Tory Street

Wonderful stay at TRYP Wellington - loved the layout (2BR apartment with a large common space) for our family of 4, the wonderful location, the cleanliness, the treats in the room (some local sodas and chocolate), the friendly staff, and the free overnight street parking outside.

Hotel is nicely rennovated and clean. Great location. No parking but there is plenty around on the street but you need to pay a parking meter. The internet needs improving as the TV is all streaming and sometimes was slow. Got frustrating at times.

All good , parking at a different hotel was a bit inconvenient but no big problem

Friendly staff. Half a block from airport bus and 2 blocks to water. Lots of dining options close by. Room was comfortable and quiet though small. Great shower and toiletries. Breakfast could have included some protein option-even for a continental type

The room we were assigned to was quite small for two overseas travelers with lots of luggage. When I asked to be moved to a larger room I was told that there weren't any. But when I went on line it showed that there were larger rooms. The staff was fantastic, very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Great location but parking wasn’t available which made it expensive to find somewhere close. Breakfast was poor with next to no options or actual food available. The hotel would have been 5 star for me if this service was better.

Parking horrible and expensive. Only on streetparking. In walking distance of City center. Breakfast very basic (toast, cereal, yoghurt, apple, banana, coffe and tea). Difficult to talk to management, not available on weekend and in our case not after 16:30 during weekdays. Our initial room was very claustrofobic and cramped, without view to the outside world. A door to the outside was locked and with several very large and noisy airco units on the balcony. Conversation with the management next day resulted in a roomchange, however this was not easy. A request for canceling was not possible either as we booked with Expedia.

Great hotel, clean…up to date room and very comfortable. Great location, staff were friendly. Other than having no parking at the hotel we would definitely stay again. 10/10

Lovely hotel , great, helpful service and very clean. Just wish there was a car parking option.

Great service, rooms and layout. The perfect inner city layover property. Central and convenient.
