I like the security on door and the shuttle service

Bed are very comfortable. It is alway from a lot but you can make it work. They have shuttle from the airport which is great

Thr shower pressure was very low and i had mosquitos in my room. I found hair in bed and towel. Jahmel picked me up from the airport and checked me in. Ms. Deb allowed me to check out late and took me to the airport good customer service.

The chair leg in room broken. You site says free shuttle they charge you if not at two specific times. The fridge in room was frozen full of ice. 1/4 roll toilet paper asked for extra roll the woman said she would bring it up but never did.$240 room it was not!

Hello this hotel was very bad, no customer service, unable to reach them by phone to book a shuttle. The bathrooms were filthy when asked for a different room, the front desk was not willing to try and give us a new room

The property was clean and nice. The staff helped with calling taxis, My room was upstairs and there was no staff to help me with it. I had to pay for my breakfast. Staff at lobby need to be more welcoming with new clients. Life is too pricy in Providenciales!!! Jeez!

It's an airport "motel" but very conveniently located. Rooms are average.

The hotel was clean. Our first night we were given 2 bothers of water and 1 packet of green tea. Second night we asked the reception if we could get more water and green tea as it was none was left in our room and we were told it was for purchase in the restaurant. $4 for a green tea you had to make yourself. Our check in was smooth but the lady in front of us, they couldn’t find the key for her room and another guy came in because the room they gave him was already occupied. A lot of confusion! Asked for a ride to the airport when we checked out and were told we’d have to pay $5 each or wait for an hour. We walked instead. There was nothing and I mean nothing around at all. We took a cab to go where we wanted because nothing was within walking distance. Also, every morning someone started hammering at about 8am right above us. The one good thing is that the property is very clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.
