It was a great location and had great feature rooms. The service was mostly good, although in Drawing Room bar - not great. With breakfast nor car parking included in the high cost, it wasn't good value for money.

Loved the decor and the feel of staying on the boat. This meant the rooms were small - but bigger than on a ship! It was clean and the bed was super comfy - had a great nights sleep. The location was good and the customer service was ok. At check in we could have done with more advice on where to go and how to get around. But at check out they were very nice and helped us get the discount for parking. Overall a great stay.

I booked this hotel because of the history of the building, and its proximity to the museum and other Titanic-related attractions. I found the accommodations comfortable and clean, with fine dining options. The hotel was close to public transportation which I used quite a bit while in the city.
The only thing I could suggest is to have parking arrangements with the museum for a flat fee.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys adult-focused accommodations.

The Titanic hotel is a beautifully designed hotel convenient for Titanic exhibition andSSE Arena. We stayed for 1 night(£253.14) no meals included. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately the drawing room2 bar/bistro was not. The velvet seats were marked and tables not cleared and dirty. Service at the bar was very slow despite 6 or more staff. A hot buffet Breakfast next morning was extra(£19). We had to sit outside the Wolff dining room as tables again had not been cleared. There was no waiter service for teas/coffees and the manager eventually served us at the end of our breakfast. A total waste of money. Car parking was £15 for the night. So value for money? Definitely not. A beautiful hotel but with lots of extras and very poor service.

A pretty good hotel overall but some inconsistencies. Tried calling room service and the front desk for 30 mins one night. Strangely dark hallways are slightly creepy at night. My key failed twice and had to trek back to get it recharged. Inflexibility around a reservation change made with adequate notice that resulted in an extra charge. And the bed was a bit on the saggy side. Staff however is lovely and tried to help, The storage of bags worked well, but the policy on early entry seemed also inconsistent— while I was paying 30 pounds for 1 pm entry after a redeye flight, the man next to me was checking in with seemingly no issue. (It’s possible he paid the fee in advance.) finally the location is a bit isolated, with 25 m walk to nearest “shops”— pharmacy, snacks etc. A decent choice if you don’t mind using taxis and like the odd tragedy-as-tourist-attraction vibe, but if staying more than a couple of days it might be better to be more in town.

Possibly the cleanest hotel, I’ve ever stayed in, and with the friendliest service I’ve had in the UK. Amazing breakfast, beautifully decorated bathroom, stunning hallways and entrances. Genuinely warm service like you would expect in somewhere like the United States but wouldn’t normally get closer to home! Night staff seemed a little bit confused about how to get to the car park and how to pay for parking. I got one night in the car park free and one that I had to pay for. They didn’t seem to understand the system very well. Amazingly well located for the Titanic tour. Would happily call this a five star hotel.

Excellent, professional staff. Room cleanliness & nightly turn down was unexpectedly good. Hotel restaurants served unique combinations waiters were fabulous. Easy walking distance to Titanic exhibit, Titanic whiskey tasting, & war ship Charline. Didn’t get validation for parking, bad.

Enjoyed our stay at the Titanic Hotel. It was nice that the tour bus stops were right across the street from the hotel. We could hop on and see the city! Being close to the museum was very nice as that was our main reason for being in Belfast. We had a rental car and our parking was validated by the hotel so that was a bonus. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus. Our room was large and that was a plus!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
