Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Billings, MT

Not much around the hotel, not a neighborhood I would want to walk around. Staying at the airport it would be close enough but off the interstate. They were remodeling so…. it was clean.

Convenient to airport and auto travel. Refrigerator in room needs to be defrosted.

Good enough for a one-night stay passing through town, but I wouldn’t want to stay for a long length of time. Be sure you get a room on the back-side of the hotel, not facing the parking lot or street…lots of noise & traffic on the front side. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. I would also like earlier starts for breakfast on the weekend.

Loved the room size and 2 King beds. Clean and close to airport. The shower was great too.

They let us check in early (we had been flying all night.) staff was friendly coffee was good room was clean and plenty of towels.

When we first walked into our room we noticed the floors had not been vacuumed and there was an armchair that nobody would want to sit on (stains all over). But what was really repulsive is the toilet had been used and not flushed. The sink was incredibly dirty also. I went to the front desk and told the girl what the problem was and she laughed saying, “I’m sorry but that’s funny.” I really didn’t find it funny at all and was offended at her reaction to the problem. She did accommodate us with a new room of equal size and value which I was grateful for. The new room was definitely more cleanly than the first but there were areas of the bathroom that weren’t entirely clean. The maid staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I requested towels or linens and I did appreciate that. I would not stay here again due to the dirty rooms and the fact that it shares a parking lot with a 24-hour liquor store which feels a bit unsafe.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple times before over the years, and it has noticeably declined from the last time I was there. It needs a good deep clean and security possibly. People passed out on the floor in the halls at dinner time, and some harassing people in the parking lot. Just isn’t nearly what it used to be, won’t be staying here with my kids again.

Perfect place to stay while traveling through Billings. We’ve paid more for much less while on our cross-country road trip. Breakfast was great as well.
