Special trip for my grandson and I. Beautiful place with expert service. They went over the top at every opportunity. Special kudos for tracking down my grandson’s knapsack left in a taxi and special child welcome gift and treatment. Pricey, but as special as they come!

The staff is VERY attentive to all your needs. It just makes everything easy and more comfortable: room service to concierge to valet parking etc. etc.

Not our first stay and definitely not our last. Hard to find more friendly and competent staff. The room was more than comfortable and the view was classic Boston!! The front desk attendant Andy was over the top in service and advice for suggestions. He saved me $80. in parking fees at the adjacent garage.

Our room was beautiful with great views of the harbor and city! So comfortable. Service was wonderful. Location convenient to our travels and parks nearby made for nice outdoor people watching. Great stay as always!
