Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Beautiful hotel! The room was so comfortable. The studio was fine for our short stay but the bathroom is basically in the same room so make sure you are very close with whoever you are traveling with. Also, not a ton to do in the area.

My room was not made up on the second day. Hallways are noisy. Overnight parking is too expensive.

tiny rooms suit single business traveller but not ideal for couples needing space.

Arrived hours before check-in time. I was delighted to learn that my room was ready. I had been traveling all day and it was fantastic to be able to go to my room!

We had a great experience. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue was with the parking garage (3rd party.). We were charged the wrong amount and the attendant was hostile when I went to explain the issue and see how to rectify it. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and assisted us.

Wow, this hotel was outstanding! The pool was the best part but also having an espresso maker in the hallway, just outside our room, for everyone to use was lovely... Their coffee/ bakery 'Boulangerie' had amazing pastries and coffee... loved getting drinks at the bar right near the pool... the staff was incredible! Also, the location was great- we Uber'd a lot but took the Silver Line to the airport- which was super cheap and convenient. Quick Uber ride to the South Station to catch it, or you could even walk it. The hotel was beautiful, the bed was super comfy with down pillows. The rooms were efficiently laid out. Very impressive...they also bumped us up to a top floor room with a nice view for n/c! We loved this hotel and will come back for sure! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

What I didnt appreciate how expensive it is valet or even parking it your self is

The Omni Seaport has become our go-to place to stay in Boston. Fantastic hotel with adjacent parking garage and the Silver Line right behind it, which you can take to S Station and the rest of the City. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are very clean. Comfy beds. The sports bar and Lifted are great places to eat. The coffee shop is very busy in the morning but their sandwiches are fantastic! There is also a gift shop that sells coffee and grab n go foods. Always a pleasure to stay here!

My flight was delayed 6 hours, they had no issue holding my room, the staff was polite and helpful with even the little things. I'll definitely stay again!

The Omni itself was in a great location, and convenient for the concert we attended. The valet parking was a bit chaotic and there seemed to be confusion on who was handling this. The room was a nice and we enjoyed our stay. Pretty clean minus the remains of plastic gloves we found scattered through the carpet.
