Labor protest currently noisy all night, we should have been told before we traveled to this location so other arrangements could have been made. Very disappointed with Hilton

I will never stay at that hotel again , after a long day traveling I was looking forward to the hotel room , when I check in they didn’t have the room that I booked . I booked the room with water view they gave me a standard room which is cheaper then the one that I booked .

The hotel was great it was clean. I have no complaints about that. The only complaint I would have that on the website it said that it had a parking available and when we got there, the parking was $60 per night or we had to walk about four minutes to the hotel for parking that would be my only complaint

Hotel was amazing. The location is not as amazing. The parking cost is way too high. Breakfast was so-so.

Cute place. No parking & have to pay $60 a night. No accommodation for early or late check out. Ask not to be placed by an equipment/facility room, you hear noises often.

The property was very clean and the room was very nice. Staff very professional. Would benefit from an in house restaurant. Was surprised (and disappointed) to find very obnoxious children with inattentive parents treating the swimming pool as if it were their own. This hotel was not cheap and is clearly aimed at adults and business travelers, not families. To not have any pool staff to speak with such individuals was disappointing. It was impossible for adults to use the facilities after a day of work/meetings/travel. (of note - this was not during the day but rather at 9 pm)

We’d never stayed in downtown Boston before, but had to book 1 night before our morning flight out. We thought we’d give Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District a try. It was a beautiful hotel with a spacious and fresh room and bathroom. We would have liked an airport shuttle, but were able to connect with a wonderful Uber contact who even picked us up the following morning at 4:10 am. This hotel was a bit out of our price preference, but we were extremely happy with our choice! We would definitely recommend Hampton Inn Boston Seaport District Hotel and would gladly stay again. Our 10th floor view of the harbor was magnificent! Forgot to mention how friendly the staff was, and how one manager actually reached out to me after mistakenly booking for the day that I made the booking. I was very frustrated because I made a hurried mistake, but was very touched that this manager made a wonderful and successful attempt to rectify my error. Thank you!

Daily parking valet rate was $60 but cheaper in other areas that is walkable, but hotel has great amenities and quiet just very crowded as it is near the cruise port.

Everything was very good and clean, the only thing I don't like or understand is why you have to pay 60 dollars for parking. but everything else is super good
