Vacation. It was close to the cruise terminal and restaurants. We walked easily to restaurants and to the cruise port just across the road.

I am allergic to feathers and at all my hotel stays i request ahead of time no feather pillows. This visit is one of the few where the front desk verified this before giving me the keys.
If you are in Boston for a cruise, this location is extremely convenient as it is a very short walk from the cruise terminal.

Our flight was cancelled, all other hotels were booked. We were able to get booked and to the hotel to rest. The room was sooo spacious, clean and accessible.

Worst hotel, avoid it at all costs. Upon arrival we were told that there was no parking for the nite (sorry no space). The next day when we finally were able to park the next day, the valet took 45 minutes to bring our car. making us late for the theater. Other people were fighting as valet had hit their car. Sofa bed on a complete tilt, manager came up and said that all of their sofa beds were the same. There was no way to sleep, had to place pillows underneath for bed to level. No solutions. Curtain fallen. Had to wait 45 mins in a line for breakfast, and had to take plates to room, not enough space to sit. Other people were in the elevator complaining about this situation. Rude personnel, Yari Maldonado, to name the worst but everyone was bad. We had booked the hotel for our return to Boston 2 weeks later and cancelled. We stayed at a hotel a few blocks away, in a better location (Hilton is far from the main street), less expensive, with excellent customer service, enough space for breakfast, and a sofa bed that is suitable for sleeping. The only efficient, and helpful employee of the whole hotel is Julia Quinan, Director of Housekeeping who helped me recover a lost baseball cap. She had to intervene after another employee failed to provide correct information. I will be contacting Hilton Corporate so they are updated about the mess this hotel is. Please do yourself a favor and run away from this property until the whole personnel has been changed.

The hotel was very convenient for both the airport, and the convention center. Had a very pleasant stay.

Great rooms and value. Staff were friendly and the hotel is very nice. Only downside is the expensive valet parking and the only slightly less expensive parking garages nearby.

The check in was awkward. There were no parking attendants and there was only one staff person checking in guests. So getting in was time consuming to find a valet and wait while several others need the help of the desk staff. Once we got to our room, our stay was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the grab and go snacks were delicious too.

This hotel is right next to the Boston cruise ship terminal. Its within walking distance.
