The view of Boston Harbor is worth staying here. Right now Boston is crazy due to hotel strikes, taxi strikes, lots of work slowdowns (hopefully by the time this is published things will be back more to normal). During this chaos, the staff went well out of their way to help guests in every possible way. It's one thing to have great service when everything is going well, but it's another to have hotel staff work overtime and relentlessly when understaffed. I was impressed.

Near train station inside airport with free shuttle access to train and airport
Ferry dock on hotel property. Comfortable rooms and amenities, very helpful concierge service desk

Beautiful view. Reasonable price. Very efficient for for overnight stay to or from airport. Could use a facelift.

Beautiful view of Boston Harbor. Conveniently located near the airport. The one drawback is that you have to either water taxi, which is expensive, or Uber to the city. I would have preferred to stay in the city though .

We loved the convenient location to the airport, and the easy water transportation to the historic district. Our room was beautiful with a fabulous view of the harbor, and Boston. We hope to return!

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor (HRBH) is immediately adjacent to Boston Logan Airport. A shuttle runs from the HRBH to the airport every 20 minutes - the trip takes about 5 minutes. The HRBH is an upscale airport hotel, and has all of the amenities expected of a Hyatt. The room was spacious and well appointed. Internet worked fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant has excellent food. That said, the HRBH is isolated (surrounded by the airport and harbor) and the hotel restaurant is the only food option within walking distance. The HRBH is directly on the water with an outstanding view across the harbor to downtown Boston. There are many jogging options along the shore.
