I was scammed! When I arrived, I couldn’t check in . And transferred to another building at night . And no one knows the WiFi password, so I called the company, but no one answered the call. Horrible experience, there was no service of this company! You got nothing but disappointment.

Buy the parking in advance if you need it. They offer earlier check-in for a price too. Extremely beautiful area. Lost my key, luckily someone works there until 12am and Avis from customer service and Brandon at the front were amazing and helped us get back in our room after a concert. Worth the stay, just follow-up with what you need.

Staff did not know who I was or where my reservation was. I had no place to park my rental car because it was not included in the price nor was it clear that parking was extra. The after hour host nor the staff could get me into the garage and they did not know were I could park locally or if my car would be towed. The area the building was in was a restricted area needing a card to even enter the neighborhood. It was very anxiety provoking and frustrating with no one having local knowledge to even answered basic questions. Worst check in and follow up experience I have ever had and I am 68 years old and a world traveler.

We arrived at 7:30pm. I was emailed the wrong check in address. They never got around to telling me where I was supposed to go, because they got hung up on the fact that I didn’t pre-pay for parking. Then they didn’t want to give us the parking pass. When they did, it wasn’t the one that open the door to where our assigned spot was. After going back to the front desk for the 3rd time, we got the correct pass. By this point, we still didn’t have our room keys. The staff asked us to meet some guy on a side door of the next building, which we did. He told us to “park anywhere”. When we told him we got an assigned spot, he said “oh yeah you better park there then.” He gave us a mini manila envelope with keys, left, and then we realized he gave us the wrong room keys with someone else’s name handwritten on them. When we found him again and let him know, he told me “that’s not my fault”. A lady sitting with him mentioned he must’ve given my keys to the last couple that checked in, so he told me he was going to knock on their door to confirm. I eventually found him knocking on the wrong door. They didn’t answer, and then he said he may not have keys to my room at all. At this point it was 9pm and I’m carrying a fussy infant in the lobby being I may not have a room. They eventually told us we should just stay in the other people’s room, because they didn’t want to switch. Why would they?? Nothing about this place was luxury. I would never come here again and you shouldn’t either.

It was very important that I called a week ahead to pay for parking and to make sure a lockbox was ready for us when we arrived after midnight when no one was at the main desk. I had to call again before we got on the plane for our lock box code. It was close to the subway entrance. The pool was in a different building and it was closed for maintenance. The main reason I picked this location was the pool for our son, he was very disappointed.

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

Stayed at Luxury Suites in East Boston for 3 nights. Zero communication about parking, we registered our vehicle with my credit card and got no proof of receipt or parking confirmation to enter the garage. Also were promised roof access which was untrue as the only access was in another building in the complex that we could not access. Only 1 of our 4 keys worked to get into the building and our room. The property also mentioned the apartment would be furnished with the necessary equipment, and the bare minimum was given (no sheet pans, coffee machine, ice maker, or spatula/mixing spoons, and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided along with no hand soap)

We had a phenomenal time!!! Our apartment was clean, spacious, the view of the harbor is absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t be happier about our trip here! Check in was east along with parking. We even extended our stay one more day and they were super accommodating!

We need to wait more 30 mins to reception to get the key to enter as it is misinformed to the front desk . We are three travelling from west coast for important meeting in the morning and tired a lot. Furthermore, we booked this to get better rest right after the flight. But we got very unpleasant experience. Not sure we will try EXPEDIA ANYMORE.Not worth for the money we spent
