Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport

This is my "go to" hotel when I need one night near the airport. So far, it has not disappointed.

Nice hotel near the Airport. Feels like a maze driving in and leaving, lots of turns. The hotel charges you $65 a night to park your car and if you are traveling it is $45 a night after the first. Extended parking was costly, but so is the airport.

The parking is only valet for 60 dollars a day. Parking should have been included.

It was only one night but very clean and comfortable stay. Convenient to the airport.

Just a few things. When we got to checkin last night, front desk staff were talking amoung themselves. I waited at the counter, put all my bags, suitcases down and then the guy said "oh, I will take you down here". Making me reload up and move my stuff. I commented "why didn't you say that before I sat everything down?" I got a "sorry along with a giggle. We drove a rental car to the hotel, the parking lot guy was so rude continuously telling me to hurry and move my vehicle. I had to have my family take my belongings up to the room so i could move the rental car before returning it to the airport. The parking guy made me move it twice and was not kind. Room was adequate. Older finishings, pull out sofa was horrible and there's no way an adult could comfortably sleep on it. 6am this morning, staff, assuming housekeeping were yelling back and forth to each other. This woke my son up who looked out the door to confirm it was staff. At checkout, I again walked up to the desk and staff just ignored me when I asked about checking out. Finally I was acknowledged and told to "just drop my key". There was no thanks for staying at $400 plus a night or nothing. Finally, the shuttle arrives. The driver disappeared. We waited, finally loaded our own bags into the shuttle and continued to wait for an additional nearly 20 mins on the running shuttle with no driver. He finally comes back, hops on asks what airline and off we go. Again, no acknowledgement or good morning from staff.

We had a nice stay here after missing a connection at the airport. The made-to-order eggs and omlettes was a nice upgrade from the usual. The free coffee was pretty lame, but you can buy better coffee from the Starbucks onsite.

The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance of the rental car location. Combined with the airport shuttle, saved me one extra day's rental car.

We were only in our room for less than 10 hours, so for the price we paid, I guess I was hoping for a little better service/accommodations. The evening reception was pretty unimpressive (a few fresh snack items but lots of flies) and when they say 6:30 cut off, they mean it. Breakfast sounded better but if you have an early flight like we did, you don't get to enjoy that. (I believe it started at 6:30 am) The most frustrating was how noisy the room was. The AC was crazy loud but when it kicked off it got very hot in the room so you had to choose between noisy or hot. Only 4 towels for a room that slept 5, and since I needed a shower at 4 am, and I was the last to shower I didn't have time to wait on someone to bring me one. The lady at check in wasn't overly friendly or welcoming. The best thing I can say is it's very close to the airport and has a free shuttle. We even walked back after dropping our rental car off and it was only a 2-3 minute walk, which was very convenient.

The hotel is located close to the subway station and has a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was absolutely great. We were very pleased overall!

Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. The price per night was not equal to the condition of the property.
