Comfortable beds, convenient small kitchen and friendly staff. On time shuttle to airport. It’s right off the bridge/river - so a bit loud… and dirty windows… but doubt that’s the hotel fault… easy in/out for airport.

Room was pretty quiet and clean. King suite had a small kitchen with full fridge, microwave, stove top, dish washer, and some dishware provided which was nice for a two week stay. Intersection outside hotel seemed so, so loud with honking at all hours, with the larger trucks causing shaking on the fifth floor constantly. Not so much it was impossible to sleep, but it was very noticeable. Overall pretty good, but man the traffic outside was really a bummer. Free shuttle to airport was definitely a plus (call to set that up/to get picked up, as I didn't see that mentioned anywhere other than reviews).

Very convenient to the airport and hotel and staff were nice. Shuttle to and from the airport is very nice. Very noisy but hotel did provide ear plugs. Not in the nicest part of town- but property itself was safe and secure. Would stay there again.

Although we had a reservation through hotels.com, we never wound up staying at TownePlace. When we called to have the shuttle pick us up at the airport—a second time—we were told that there had been a water leak at the hotel and therefore our room was unavailable. They did arrange with a nearby hotel, Residence Inn, to provide us a room. And they did have their shuttle drive us to the Residence Inn. So, the difficulty was ultimately resolved. However, it would have been nice to have been notified about the situation before our arrival. Two overall comments about the situation: 1) TownePlace had the paperwork for the room transfer already printed up when the shuttle arrived at the TownePlace; 2) We wound up waiting over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.
