Well, for starters we called the shuttle for 30 minuites to take us from the airport to the hotel. No answer. We were told by a local driver the shuttles were on strike. I had already called the hotel so it would have been nice if they informed us. Next, I asked for a late check out so we could sleep in before flying internationally the next day. At 8:15am while sound asleep someone is trying to open the door. Scares the cap out of us, and it’s housekeeping. I spoke to the manager asking why, and she said they must not have communicated to the staff. Unacceptable in this establishment. I’ve stayed many times at this hotel over the years. It was unacceptable to have no shuttles running the service and no one working a second option. We all were scrambling for Ubers to the gates and staff acted very casual about this. Continuing to say, shuttles run every 15 min. After waiting 30, we took a temporary shuttle ride they provided where the driver said he’s working 60 + hours and we “just made it” before he is done for a break. A total disappointment. I was told they will credit me 10,000 points for the inconvenience. Oh, and no breakfast since they were on strike too. Would have loved to know this when we booked. Or at least when we checked in.

The workers were on strike. There was a restaurant there, but it was order at the bar only and then they brought it out to you. Food was very minimal. Nobody knew how to get from the airport to the tunnel to bring us over to the hotel. They sent us to the airport to have dinner, but realized that the restaurants were behind TSA check-in so that was a no!! The location is not that convenient other than the fact that it’s right at the airport it is separated by most of the city.

Good pick up and return to airport. Room had a noisy AC, but we turned it off. No breakfast included, unlike more affordable hotels.

Great location and service. Three problems: 1 - tricked into a sales pitch on my way to check in. No, Hilton honors, I do not want to stop and buy another trip on my way to check in for this one and I don’t appreciate the waste of my time. 2 - mildew in the shower. This is maintenance not cleaning staff. Time for new grout. 3 - phone was malfunctioning and making a low level alarm sound. The only way I could make it stop was to unplug it. None of this was a disaster and we will stay again because the location is just so very convenient for an early flight, but I expect better for $400/night.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited just at an hour for a reservation check in. The staff was overburdened with a flight cancellation and those folks had vouchers. It would have been so easy to have them separated so that they could have been accommodated and the folks with reservations could have been assisted easily. To make matters worse, once you checked in your digital key quit working so those that needed to just get a physical key were stuck in that massive line as well. For a hotel with the Hilton name on it this was a definite black mark on it for that night. There were only two associates working to even aggravate things more. The folks with vouchers were even more furious when all the rooms were gone but they didn't find that out until they were able to get up to the counter. Finally the manager (?) spoke up and let folks know about all the rooms being gone which at this point we had been in line with these folks for 45 minutes, NO ONE WAS HAPPY about being at the Hilton by now. Even with those folks out of the lines, it still took 10 more minutes just to get checked in to get a physical key. Really unacceptable, felt like I was at a budget hotel.

We arrived in Boston airport close to midnight. It was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel, which was not bad. The check-in person was very kind and understanding that we were exhausted. She went above and beyond to help us get checked in and make sure we were good for the next day as far as the shuttle. The next day we had another delay so we ended up coming back to the hotel. They were kind and let us back into our room. Breakfast was excellent, and our waiter was very nice. I highly recommend this property. Worth every penny just because of the proximity, but the people made it excellent. Thank you.

This is the ideal place for late night arrivals at Boston Logan airport - just a 10 min undercover walk. Excellent accommodation and food.
