This hotel is good for business travelers considering the room rates. Good location, and clean rooms. However, for the price, nothing exceptional. I would not stay there if I were on vacation.

Underwhelmed to say the least. The lobby was spacious and very loud which made it hard to understand the desk staff. The room was just ok - the shower is glass (so its hard to have someone in the shower and someone using the sink etc. unless you're comfortable with that.) The shower door opens at the opposite end of the shower head, this means you have to reach in and get wet to start the shower so you are sprayed with freezing cold water. The pillows were the flattest, least supportive I have encountered in awhile. The creamer for the coffee in the room was spoiled. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was just ok. Each of us had something wrong with our dinners not horrendous but irritating for the prices. Bottle of water was $5 as was a pack of gum. Lastly, we were told they had limited parking. They meant on the street or parking lot which was outrageous. Valet was $56. We understand it is the city, but it was just an aggravating experience.

The hotel experience was wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable. Check in was welcoming and check out helpful by offering to call a taxi. We didn’t have the occasion to dine on site. We wanted a light breakfast each weekend morning we were there so we chose the onsite Starbucks and the selection was ample. The on-site restaurant had a breakfast buffet. The circular main door had a large piece of driftwood in the center which really upgraded the look of a functional rotating door. The only negative was the price of the bottled water in the room, $4.50 which most people would probably think was ok. Overall a great hotel and can’t wait to return.

Great location and friendly staff (Abdi was amazingly helpful checking me in after a stressful flight- thank you!) Room was very clean. Walls are very thin- I could hear my neighbors to the side talking (normal conversation level) and a baby crying on the other side. Remedied by sleeping with the TV on but a heads up if you’re a light sleeper to bring plugs.

We stayed here when we went to fanexpo. Hotel has parking and it was reasonably priced. Convention center is 2 street turns away very easy walk. There were restaraunts all around us with one directly in front of the main entrance. Starbucks in hotel. Fantastic. Also loved the smell of the hotel soaps. I bring my own just in case but these ones were really nice. Beds were super plush tv was large and had netflix and youtube accessibility. All and all an amazing stay!!

The self parking was not clear. Also the lack of included wi-fi is incredible in 2022.
