Stayed with kids no pool but did have an outdoor area with games. The room and hotel were clean. My snout 15-20 mins away from universal. Around the hotel there wasn’t much food places to eat. You do need to pay for parking and deposit is $200. There was dinning available in the hotel but didn’t try it. I would stay here again

We loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and the hotel room itself was really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area would definitely recommend for couples solo travelers or business trips. Not sure about families, but the hotel is super nice. Great value also.

Very cold AC (perfect!), comfortable beds, modern clean room. Spacious. Staff accommodating and let me change rooms when I didn’t want to face the patio by the bar. There were some parties in rooms you could hear walking past, but I requested a room away from those. Close to shopping, train, airport.

Very convenient near the airport. We just didn't appreciate paying for parking on site. That seemed absurd to us.

Wish the hotel offered a buffet breakfast for free and microwaves. Otherwise everything was great. 5 minutes from airport. Hotel staff was helpful

Great place to stay. It’s newer so everything is clean. It’s near the airport, but I didn’t hear any planes during the three nights I stayed here. The room was spacious, and there is a lot of space in the lobby and an outdoor seating area. The hotel is clearly a place that encourages socializing. There’s also a refill station for water and snacks sale and a microwave to use in the lobby. There’s an onsite bar that has a good happy hour, though their bartender needs more training. I received a message from the hotel about a flavored tequila flight that was available at the hotel bar for about 5 days. I checked the menu, but that specific flight wasn’t listed. Instead there was a regular tequila flight. When I asked what kind of tequila was included in the flight, the bartender was confused and said that that was only for national tequila day, which was July 24th. But the flight was literally in their menu, and what he was referencing was what I received the message about AND it was still available. I even went on the website the next day, and it was still listed there, with the dates. The bartender was not aware of the specials that the hotel communicated, nor was he aware of the menu because he didn’t even know there was a tequila flight. To be fair, he was nice, and he offered to make whatever drink I wanted. Other discontents: bathrooms are sliding doors with no vent. Parking is $24 tax so 3 nights cost $84. No discounts for Choice members, and you pay on your phone.

The modern decor and room are the attraction for me to book this room. The soap dispensers in the shower along with the updated shower stand and bluetooth speakers mirrors were awesome as well. the parking cost is bit much considered the spaces were in the business area building as well.

Really liked the room itself. In fairness, I did not order food or drinks at the hotel so can’t comment. Parking costs $24 per day which is annoying and seemingly unnecessary given quite a huge parking lot. Just build parking fees into hotel price. And staff seemed very ok. But the room itself was fantastic, so if you don’t care/need about a ton of amenities, it’s fantastic!

Great experience here! Would definitely come back. Staff was accommodating and kind even while being booked at capacity. Food at the restaurant was great and okay California priced. A great option especially for something so close to the airport.
