This hotel is very close to the Burbank airport and the interstate but doesn't have many walkable food options. Universal Studios is a $25 Lift ride. One nice perk is complimentary Lift from the hotel to the airport.
The staff are fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The pool is clean but does need attention around the rim. The beds were uncomfortably firm and held body heat. I had to keep moving to get a cooler spot. The A/C is older and louder. The ambient noise from the airport, interstate, and A/C let to restless sleep. The room was clean and simple. Only 1 sink. The lobby was very clean.
It was truly a 2-star hotel. We didn't have a car so it's location didn't work for us.

Easy to get to from the Hollywood airport. But a little noisy.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, quiet, and we felt safe staying here and parking our car in the lot. We would stay again.

Pool was nice. Wish it was open later than 8pm. Room was clean and modern with great pillows. A microwave in the room would have been appreciated as we were very far away from the hotel lobby where there was a microwave to use. Room 327. There were small ants in the bathroom. Hate seeing any bugs in a hotel room. Wish someone would have told us about the gated parking. Would have felt safer in there.

My flight to Burbank was cancelled by the airline due to a mechanical issue, so I never got to stay. Instead of working with me and Hotels.com, they just flat out refused a refund or credit of any type. The situation was out of my control, they didn't care. Poor customer service.

The place was clean, the staff was nice and polite. The water pressure in the shower and the sink could be better. The hotel is by freeway, it’s convenient for traveling but it’s noisy.

It is a pretty good hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. It is an older place and my high floor room looked remodeled and was clean, with a comfy bed. The A/C is loud but that drowns out the freeway noise, which comes through the unit. The only window looks out to an exterior hallway and all rooms seem that way since they face the pool or one of the parking lots. In terms of eco-friendliness, each coffee pouch comes with a disposable plastic tray to slide into the coffee machine in the room. So that is not eco-friendly. The Cuban restaurant in the hotel is good judging from the one dinner I had there, with small portions. I didn’t fly into Burbank but the free airport shuttle the hotel supposedly provides is a nice perk.

It is a basic airport hotel. The price was great. The room with two queen beds was large, and so was the bathroom.
Everything was clean and in good order, even though it is obviously an older building.
They have a large pool but, not a hot tub. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 8 pm, which is relatively early.
Despite being near Highway 5, we slept well, as the rooms were quiet.
Olive and Thyme is an excellent breakfast place about 7 minutes away by car.

Customer service is great. There is a $100 hold that Expedia customers must pay and will be refunded upon end of stay. There are only 3 handicap parking in the building. Parking is very limited. There are no handicap bars to be able to get into the shower so if you have someone with limited mobility it probably is best not to book here as the showers are still tub showers. They do have an elevator to get to the different floors, functional ice machines. AC is very loud when switched on, woke me up from a dead sleep. Outdoor noises can be heard. If you have the couch sleeper just know that the mattress in them is very paper thin and very outdated. Main bed was comfortable, pillows are very soft and probably have to be replaced. I just brought my own. Rooms for the most part are upgraded. Overall not very handicap friendly, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Honestly, at first glance, the hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and kind. The property looked a little rusty and in need of a face-lift and I couldn’t tell if the area was safe or not, but free parking was a plus. The room itself looked freshly remodeled, although the TV was very small. Maybe a 27”? Everything was clean and comfortable. So why did I give it a 1 star rating?
The AC.
That air conditioner was SO freaking loud, I couldn’t even hear the tv over it unless I was blasting it, which I refuse to do. It was especially loud when it would turn on. The first few times it happened, I almost jumped out of bed it startled me so much. Once I got used to it, it was more of an annoyance, however, it woke me up multiple times throughout the night and it prevented me from falling asleep multiple times until I passed out exhausted at 1am.
Unfortunately, I won’t be staying there anymore on my trips to Burbank, which are frequent and often. I was hoping to find my always hotel, but this is not it. The search continues…
