Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

Worked for what we needed. Airport shuttle was convenient but driver was snippy. Front desk clerk was less than welcoming

We used park and ride to the airport. Was a convenient service.

Arrived early due to bad weather changing travel times and front desk was able to get me checked into my room a little early which was great after traveling in less than great weather!

Slightly older facility, room was clean and tidy, hallways and lobby were clean--just showing some wear and tear....great parking and quiet. Fairly close to airport.

Elevator wasn’t working and I was on the top floor. A light in the bathroom was out. The parking lot was well lit and the room was clean. Breakfast was good

When we made reservations, they told us that they had park and fly and that is included in the hotel. However, the truth is it cost eight dollars per day per car and $20 per person for the transportation to the airport. Also, when we arrived at the elevator was not in service, and there is no one to help us with our bags. The room itself was clean. However, we had difficulty using the TV in when we called to the desk to ask for further instructions they told us to turn the set on and off and offered no further directions. This stay was very disappointing.

They had half of the parking lot roped off and we couldn’t f g a place to park. Had to drive around fr awhile.

NThe room (single, king, refrigerator) was very nice. Everything worked although bathroom sink drained very slowly. Liked that toilet and shower were separated from sink by a separate door, and had towel bar and clothes hooks. Plenty of room, 2 chairs and desk, adequate table space and lamps, good and fairly quiet AC. The elevator was spacious, entire facility was clean and modern. Plenty of parking spaces, convenient location with close access to numerous restaurants, gas stations, highway and local main arteries, without noise. Continental breakfast was typical, but reasonably good and well stocked.

I like the hotel and would stay again but they need to fix the entrance to the parking lot

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was saying how she was sick of working there. My room was in disrepair. I went to take a shower and there was no knob. I went to the desk and the lady was really not worried about it. She finally said she would call maintenance. An hour later a man banged on my door. All he said was “shower knob?”. He did finally fix it. Also you could not pull the blinds so the light in the parking lot shined through the window all night.
