Everything has been renovated and in top condition. Friendly service, excellent breakfast, good shuttle service and great price.

It was easy to get to and just a few minutes to and from the airport. There are several different restaurants close (fast food or sit-down. I’ve been there twice and everyone has been kind & efficient; the room has been clean and quiet.

This hotel and staff gives you all the conveniences and care you can ask for. From the shuttle to and from the airport or the red line train, to being within walking/driving distance of shopping and interchanges, not to mention a nice breakfast to start your day, plus staff that make the hotel warm and friendly, there isn't a better place in the metro Cleveland area to stay.

I liked that it was updated and very clean. They need hooks in bathroom to hand towels. Need more towel in bathroom/ When I checked in they could not find my IHG number and I had to wait for hours to check in. I hope I get credit for the hotel stays. I had to cancel a res at Livona Holiday Inn and they still charged me. I booked with Bookings.com Can you help? I travel for work and witll stay in Ohio many times in the next few months.

I arrived at 11:00 PM and was greeted with an amazing helpful check in. He was attentive to my needs and also helped me scheduling my airport shuttle for the next morning.
My room was incredible. Quiet and comfortable and updated and the best spot I had slept in a week of travel.
The next morning came quickly and Nimea was such an amazing shuttle driver. Thoughtful and helpful and kind no did t have cash to tip her and told her I wanted an Venmo account. I would recommend anyone stay here a thousand times over. Well done Hokiday Inn
