Mix of short and extended stay. Close to the airport. Room was very large and check in was fast. Only issue was a door to the outside near the room which was being slammed shut over an over causing me to wake up.

There are absolutely no services offered. We had one stained towel for two adults to share. No breakfast available. No housekeeping. Had to take out our own trash. Curtains in the room were torn. Cobwebs left in most corners. Coffee given was only decaf. Even some parking spaces reserved for members who paid extra. I don't know who would even do that. What's to pay for? At least the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were tiny.

This was my worst experience, I checked in on Feb 15/16, my flight was delayed and I didn’t checked in until 5 Am, one of the bed had blood on it, the bathroom and kitchen was dirty, it looked like they put us in a room that was not cleaned. Because we didn’t sleep and needed a place to sleep we stayed in the room until we woke up, then we complained to the GM. We had two reservations so we would check out from one and checked into the other was was a 2 bedroom, my goodness, this room the handle fell off the bedroom downstairs, the fire place didn’t work, then the lock on the main door stopped working, the front desk lady said they don’t have another room to put us in, they don’t have a new lock so the service guy would have to try and fix it, she could not do anything about the fireplace. We were locked out of the room in the snow for three hours with a child. Up until when we left the guy was still working on the lock. I must say Expedia held up to their word and relocated us. But never will I stay in this hotel again.

Save the hassle book elsewhere. Reason for visit was family memorial my mother, sister and 2 brothers they are finally together. I received a call the morning of arrival to say they overbooked and the room type I reserved would not be available, I asked how is that possible? Well you book with Expedia. I argued that the staff then stated could put me into another room, or I could go else. I was given a room they said was cleaned and it as the type I reserved however, it was horrible. Immediately went back to office to request the opportunity to go elsewhere I was told because I signed a paper I could not get refund. They offered a leaser room and as I said we had plans and this was not part of it. So we took the room only to find one washcloth, 1 towel, no kitchen amities, a coffee pot no coffee filters or pot, a toaster that did not work as a mater of fact no oven this time. the bath tub as well as the kitchen sink did not drain for hours. We bought skillets and dishes, utensils, toilet paper, trash bags just to make it work. Due to someone vaping in the rooms the fire alarm went on one morning at 3 am and the person in the office told me “it’s not your building so you don’t need to worry” the alarm was in our building so that’s not true. 2 days later it happens again. Same vape issue same fire department this time the subject was arrested.
Save yourself the hassle and stay someplace else.
But best advise for all travels call Expedia first before agreeing to any room.

We booked a king room with pull out sofa for 4 adults. We got to our room and there were no linens for the sofa. We called down to the front desk and were told that we had to come to get the sheets. They never said anything even though they knew we had 4. They refused to give any pillows for the sofa bed though. They said we were only allowed to have the amount of pillows that already came with the room for the king bed. The carpets were dirty and they no longer provide any airport shuttle or breakfast. I was disappointed because in the past Sonesta was such a wonderful place to stay but this was completely different now.

This hotel was in good condition. The room had a lot of space and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature. My only slight complaint was the bathroom was a little small. The employees were kind and inviting. The parking lot was safe and the location was convenient to Cleveland. Would definitely stay again.

I arrived to the Sonesta ES Suites later than expected around 12AM. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly.
Upon arrival into room I found dried food on the table, the coffee table on top of the couch, and some food particles scatted across the floor. Some of the towels felt damp in the bathroom. As much as I wanted to go back to the front desk to ask for a new room I knew I was only going to be in the room for a few hours as I had to wake up at 3AM to catch a flight back home. I didn't want to waste valuable sleep time switching to a new room.
The bed was comfy but the pillows were square, not rectangular as most bed pillows are. The pillows weren't great.
Overall, I expected more from a Sonesta

This was not the best place to stay! Check in took too long and she had us drive around to find our room when all we needed to do was walk 2 feet to the door from the parking lot. We had to get our own Toilet Paper and Towels. The room was not cleaned. The Managers just walked into our room with out knocking. They said that no one was checked into the room. Problems at the pool. The bed was nice and the room was nice and cold. We were comped a night - so that was nice. All and All this Hotel is just not for me. I feel if they cleaned up the outside and brought the rooms up to current times it would be alot better.

The hotel general manager has conscientiously chosen to neglect the overall guests experience to squeeze out a few nominal percentage points of additional Net Operating Income. Bravo Mr. Manager you did it!
The entire hotel is operated in a manner which is penny wise but dollar stupid. All at the expense of the overall customer experience.
1.)Shuttle Buses—This hotel has three (3) idle/unused shuttle buses sitting in the parking lot unavailable for guests to use for shuttle services to or from the airport.
Despite being a very short distance from the airport, the shuttle buses are not being used or made available to hotel guests. Upon inquiring with hotel staff about the utilization of the shuttle buses they assert they have not renewed the insurance.
2.) Daily Breakfast—The hotel lobby area has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for the preparation and operation of daily guests breakfast.
3.) Jacuzzi—The hotel has a perfectly operational hot tub yet the hotel management chooses to keep it covered and unavailable to hotel guests. To minimize the monthly maintenance costs and additional utility operating costs.

Carpet stains, curtains with dust balls hanging off of them and broken. I wore my shoes constantly because of how dirty the rugs were. Strong urin smell in the bathroom so bad that the door had to be closed because I could smell it from the bed.the parking lot had trash all around and it was poorly lit at night. It was not a safe feeling.
