Comfort Inn & Suites Love Field - Dallas Market Center

Hotel was in a rough neighborhood. If you look out the window it has a fence with razor wire on top. Lots of homeless around the area. Many things need to be worked on. A tile fell the bathroom wall while we were there. The conference room obviously had some water damage to the ceiling. The parking lot was small and would be tough for large vehicles or trailers to park.

Went to Dallas for a music festival with my best friend and had a blast. This hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to be and provided a great breakfast and clean room. The area seems pretty relaxed and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Dallas.

Airport shuttle is not avaiable for Dallas Forthworth airport. I had to pay for an uber to take me back to the airport. This was unexpected as Expedia and Comfort lnn states free airport shuttle. They say it is only for the local airport when at the motel.. This needs to be clear stated when booking so that travelers are aware. I only booked this motel because of the free airport shuttle. Additional the rooms are dated with paint peeling in bathroom and grout peeling. Though 1 front desk clerk was kind and he tried to help me, the other frontdesk clerk was rude. I would not stay at this nor any other choice motel.

they advertised a shutte service to the airport but it is only for one of the airports in Dallas no bacon or eggs as promised for breakfast

the staff was very polite. the property was not well kept and it was not hanicap friendly my mom almost fell I couldnt tell you how many time in the parking lot and the smell was terrible it smelt like sewer in the whole building

The staff was really helpful and prompt when booking me a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. The bed was cozy but the carpeting need some updating and the there was a smell in the hallway. But decent breakfast and close to Dallas love field airport

The shuttle pick up as advertised was not as I expected. It was a Lyft pick up but it's according to the hotels timing. Not flexible according to the customer's flight schedule. When I called to be picked up nobody was answering the call. Five times I tried no one answered. We got a ride on our own. Told the receptionist what happened. The management reimbursed my credit card when I mentioned it again at check out.

The airport shuttle service stops at 7pm which wasn’t listed anywhere in the booking. I even confirmed with the front desk agent who said yes they do NOT list the shuttle times anywhere on purpose. I was specifically looking for a hotel with shuttle service so when I got in late and had to pay for an Uber I was very disappointed. On top of that the front desk agent was incredibly rude after a long day of travel On top of THAT my room smelled like an old sweaty gym. It was so gross I checked out early and just went to the airport. Terrible experience

This was the worse Comfort Inn that I have stayed at in over 30 years of travelling. The place was dark and dirty and the room was not maintained. The caulking on the bathtub was so gross and so think that it couldn’t be cleaned properly. The doors were chipped and needed to be replaced. When we checked in the lady at the front was so frazzled and couldn’t seem to do her job. She was unprepared to check in guests. I was so disappointed with our stay here. I know it’s not an expensive hotel but I do expect a certain level of quality from a Comfort Inn.

This was a one night stay for an early exit to the airport. First the negatives. The front desk clerk was rude and uninviting. The room itself stunk of wet carpet and cigarettes'. The drapes and the shower curtains were stained. Now the positives. Great location to the airport.
