I had the worst experience since my truck got broken into and had to spend a lot of money to have it towed away to a dealership to have it fixed. Till this day we don’t know how much our damages are going to be since they did try to steal it! We have always stayed at your hotels wherever we travel.

We had a little bit of a hiccup and had to wait when checking in because our room wasn’t ready, but we were offered a complementary gift because of that. This location is convenient because it’s in between downtown and the Dallas airport, the staff was great! It’s definitely a good place to stay for the price

Smooth checkin and very new/clean facility. All went well until Guest Services called and woke us up at 1:30 AM only to say they were “just checking residency”. The same lady (who later identified herself as the manager) then called again at 2:00 AM. This naturally was unnerving, especially for a family traveling with young children. Very frustrating to have the night’s rest ruined. Breakfast options are quite good.

Got stuck here due to canceled flight. Hotel lost power for 20 hours but Sheila the manager accommodated us with a smile. I will stay here again

The airport shuttle didn’t run on Sundays and didn’t start until 8am on Monday. It took several calls to reach the desk. Both on the phone and in person they were less than helpful. I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and the first time I was dissatisfied with the service.

After a 17 hour flight I rock up to the hotel to be told I am not staying there, they have moved me to another location, further away from the city. AND I am expected to pay for my own way to the new hotel. The staff really were not interested in helping me at all.

We had our doubts but it really was nice everyone was friendly and I would stay there again for the price. Honestly we had zero issues with anything. Even the parking lot had plenty of lights and I felt like my car was ok and nothing would happen while we were sleeping. Hotel was very quiet and free breakfast is always great.

Nice clean hotel with a good workout room. Bed was great, tv was nice and new, room was clean and modern. The hotel shuttle reliability is questionable so have Lyft or Uber on your phone if your planning on a ride from the airport!

Good overall experience. Pretty close to the Live Field airport and East to get to. Modern and clean facility. I would stay there again if I'm the area.
