We wer 2 couples traveling together so they gave us a river side cottage with 2 rooms. Staff was great. Shuttle from train station and paid taxi to airport because it was early in the morning. Ate dinner at the Alaskan Grill and it was very good. They are open until 10pm which is nice since the train arrived at 8pm. Wake up call to view the aurora.

Cute little cabins and very friendly service when checking in. Convenient location to the airport. The overall cottage as well as the beds and bathroom were in good shape but some of the walls were dirty, like someone had wiped muddy fingers on them. Not a deal breaker as I just needed a place to sleep but seems like something housekeeping would notice/care about. Overall, would stay there again.

The individual cabins are great. Very well maintained. The staff are very courteous and helpful as well as the shuttle driver too. Laundry facilities was a plus. Would stay again and recommend it to friends and family

Front desk saff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thay even had a portable luggage scale they were happy for me to borrow to weigh bags in preparation for small plane flight at Prudhoe Bay. Very helpful!!

Everyone there was very kind. The desk staff, housekeeper and shuttle service. Our ride from the airport was a taxi that knew the staff so well. They have free shuttle service, but none available so they paid for our taxi! It was a good place for a couple of days. Didn’t do or see much because we were there to sleep during the Delta mishap that took 4 days to get home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of spiders😔 I was very thirsty and was gouged $4 a bottle for water. None provided in the room. Had to put your luggage on a rack and walk it outside quite a distance to your room. Nice overall, but if I go back to Fairbanks, I will go elsewhere.

The property was not close to any stores. The breakfast that we had to buy because there aren't any places nearby was okay. Shuttle to the airport was good.

We never got there due to weather and flight cancelations. I called and told Rivers Edge to cancel, they said no problem, but I never saw a refund. Took my money

Loved the individual cottages! Great shuttle service to car rental location and rail/airport! Very clean facility and friendly, helpful staff!
