Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fargo, ND

Property is needing some Updating. Checkin went fine. Breakfast was decent. Had a room facing street so had plenty road noise. If travelling back thru Fargo we would look at other options for overnighting

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. When staff came around the corner, we were not greeted. The employee was chatting with a co-worker and didn’t even look at us, waiting to check in. He walked back and forth right in front of us. Not even a glance at us. Upon getting to our room, we found that the room was very dim even with all the lights on. We opened the drapes to find the main window all fogged up as if the window seal was broken. The divider wall in our room between the main room and living room, was also very dirty. That obviously wasn’t cleaned for some time. Ish. There was also no hot water in the shower. It was warm but wouldn’t get hot. I’d like to note we were on the first floor. I went to the front desk to let them know about the room but again, no one around. I had to contact Expedia to have them connect with the hotel. Was told to see the night shift front desk person. I did chat with him. He said there wasn’t anything he could do but move us to a different room. At that point, we had already moved all of our stuff to the room and didn’t want to move again as it was late in the night. I’m disappointed as we always stay at Country Inns, when traveling. We’ll most likely be changing hotel chains after this.

I travel regularly and am always pleased to see hotels doing something positive for the environment. Our hot breakfast included the option of real silverware, glasses, and plates. I thanked the person who was responsible at the point of service and the GM. Hope other hotels will stop throwing away our future with excessive trash.

The staff was incredibly efficient and super polite and helpful. We took a redeye flight from Las Vegas, and we were super tired. The staff went out of their way to get us into our room early so we could rest. We appreciated that. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite and all I would suggest is more lighting, and an additional armoire for storage. Other then that, it was a great stay, I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was a great surprise , it was very pleasant and for the cost great value for money The breakfast was very nice and the attached pub saved having to go and find food after a long day of traveling Would definitely recommend

A person was passed out in their car in the parking lot. Called 911, front desk wasn’t too concerned because it’s usual. Breakfast usually at Country Inn and Suites is amazing. This one not so much.

Easy location to get to; but parking is an issue; especially pulling a trailer as we had to park in the shopping centre lot; so now to safe out on lot… but beds are comfy… :)

Easy prompt check in. Breakfast is decent and the breakfast area is nice. One elevator is fairly slow so would recommend the elevator in the lobby area. Parking is sort of lacking unless you use the grocery store parking lot. Bathroom was small with no counter space. Dont expect housekeeping unless there for more than 3 nights, but the front desk can give clean towels. Beds werw comfy and pillows were good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows. If you are using the airport shuttle call hotel to make sure the shuttle is running when you need it.

We had 2 rooms for our stay. They were on 2 different floors on opposite ends of the hotel. Not ideal for 2 female travelers. One room was over 80 degrees when she walked in and the other room had a very strong cologne odor, the AC wasn't working and the refrigerator wasn't on. Not the ideal conditions after being on the road for 10 hours.
