The location is very misleading, it is right off the highway and on the border of Harrisburg and Hummelstown right next to a construction site. There are no stores or food places in close proximity. I called before we traveled to the hotel and was told that this hotel was 10 seconds down the road from the Comfort Inn in Hummelstown, in close proximity to everything. It was not. Hershey and Hummelstown were about 12 minutes down the road. The beds were rock hard and super uncomfortable. We were awakened at 2:00 am to a construction vehicle moving dirt around the site making a constant beeping noise. It was very disappointing. We ended up leaving early, it was awful.

Outside grounds and parking lot was under construction and hard to get to. Rooms were average. Clean but not comfortable.

Road was all ripped up , had to find our way through cones and gravel to get into parking lot , can hear right through the walls , people messing around in hallways , dont think they change the sheets in the sofa mattress , other people hair and stuff on it when we pulled it out

Nice hotel. The roads around it are a little crazy and confusing, but there is a large parking lot once you make all your turns. Very centrally located and close to Harrisburg’s downtown area or Hershey.

Your staff is very good and you should commend them. The facilities were average or above although they are starting to get tired. However your staff more than makes up for any deficit that might be noticied. I am handicapped, I appreciated that there was adequate parking for those of us whose walking is somewhat limited.

It was very nice I like the location and the hotel seems to be of the newer variety. Breakfast was very good and hot. My family enjoyed the skinless sausage links. The hotel and parking lot were very clean and there were no signs of misuse.

We only stayed for one night, but we were really pleased with our stay! Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The continental breakfast was well stocked and maintained by staff. Check in and check out was quick and simple. I don't know if we will ever travel through the Hershey area again, but if we do, we'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a great value! It is clean and well-maintained. We traveled with two kids. While there, we enjoyed the pool and used the gym. Both are small but get the job done - gym and pool are clean and stocked with towels. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! They offer a good selection of food items.

Stayed there twice in a two week span and the rooms were updated and clean. So, I had a late return from traveling and booked a room last minute. Arrived arround 10 pm, exhausted. Entered the room to see dirty floors stained carpet, stained & wrinkled sheets and a filthy bathtub. Swithched rooms, with same stained carpet and flooring. So disapointed. Staff was cordial, but could care less. Reminded me a non refundable booking. SMH
