Sleep Inn & Suites

Stayed overnight after a long day of travel. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Everything in working order. Lot of families, but quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty good. Night desk clerk very friendly. Would stay again.

Easy check in and parking and the staff was friendly.

Was in town for the Janet Jackson concert!!!! Janet was EVERYTHING AMAZING…..my stay however…… WAS the worst stay. The bedding was dirty (looked like dry blood on the white sheets) the sheets had a strong smell of cologne as if they weren’t washed after the last guest, the bathroom was dirty, only had one towel and one wash cloth, the hair blow dryer was so old and dirty that it literally caught fire when I turned it on! And the carpet was disgusting. I was placed on the 1st floor and the people above me were quit heavy footed, also when they flushed their toilet it sounded like my bathroom was leaking. My window was right by the parking lot so I heard people coming and going all night and their loud conversations. I asked to be moved only to find out they were completely sold out. I don’t know if this is under new management but this Hotel has really gone down in the last year. I use to stay here frequently when I lived in Harrisburg a year ago, sometimes just for a weekend getaway and the change to the property and cleanliness is now daplorable! I was only staying one night, had this been a long trip I would NOT have continued my stay more than one night in this Hotel.

The staff was very helpful & friendly, rooms clean, breakfast was excellent. The surrounding parking lots need repaired. Our room was very warm-it didn’t seem like the air conditioning was working.

Do not stay here. Our bathroom sink would not drain period. We alerted staff and they said it would be looked at the next day and it was not. The TV in the room also glitched and did not work correctly so we could not use it. Breakfast choices are extremely poor compared to other hotels. Guests were having a parking lot open party until 10 pm one night blaring loud music. Kids liked the pool. That was about the only good part of the stay.

Excellent night’s sleep for good price. I used to mostly go to Hampton Inns in my travels, but their prices since covid are outrageous! Sleep Inn is great quality for a precovid price. Sleep Inn is now my first call for accommodations.

I chose this Sleep Inn location because of the good reviews I read as well as location. After cancelling 4 other reservations at different area hotels because of poor reviews, I realized upon arrival that I made the right decision to stay here. This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff and everything about this hotel was clean, clean, clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower. It had good pressure and never ran out of hot water like other hotels we've stayed at. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. This is a quiet family oriented hotel with no loud noises or partying. Smoke free and no unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings were plentiful with various choices to start your day. Plenty of parking and easy access to local and major roadways. Affordable rates made this a good choice for our 5 night stay. I hope to stay at this location again.

Nice place. Great place to stay over when traveling through Harrisburg.

Was able to get adjacent rooms for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Would have appreciated an airport shuttle given it was so close to the airport.
