Nice hotel for quick stay. Breakfast was not made on time as the hours posted and staff was rude to old lady when she ask how long before breakfast was going be out. Hotel shuttle is not available early in morning but hotel will call you Uber pay for it.

it seems like nothing is really around it.. a Shipleys and a gas station that is too new.. that it didn't even have anything in it. but what I will say most the front desk ppl are nice. fast check-in.. clean room bed and towels.. I am not a fan of the location.. and the airport shuttle driver. I can not. maybe another person need to assist him.. his behavior is unexplainable truthfully. that driving is enough to make me scared!! I don't mind assisting people driving but then that means I am not laid back on my trip.

I had read the reviews saying it wasn’t in a nice area and our driver confirmed it. That said, the hotel is nice, very clean, and the beds are amazing. We never felt unsafe. The airport shuttle only runs until 9:00 pm though.

Go to stay that’s super clean, friendly, and close to all my needs for my martial art travels travels. You feel safe in the area of town that may not be so much.

Super convenient to Hobby airport-very pleasant stay, comfortable room, friendly staff. Lots of freeway noise that is probably unavoidable with the location

Welcoming staff! So friendly, and Helpful. Nice breakfast bar area. Also nice food service area for choices (snack shop). Close to the airport. Shuttle service is plus!😃

No water, no coffee, no earplugs—even though they have a sign offering because you are very close to airport. Usually I can check with front desk as to dinner recommendations, this Holiday Inn had a list and no one had been to any of the restaurants. They do need some updating to pool area. Bed was comfortable and shower large.

I was traveling late last week and my flight was cancelled unexpectedly. I booked this property in a rush and realized it was 23 miles away from the airport I needed to be back at 6:00 am. I asked if I could cancel and they declined my request. I ended up having to book another hotel and lost my money here. I am not happy with the customer service and will not book again.
